Quick check in and out. Nice and friendly staff. Very basic and Clean room not liking the noisy exhaust in bathroom.

The room was very clean and provided just what we needed for a night's stay. There is a $60 cash deposit so just be aware of that when you are checking in, but we got the money back no problem upon checkout.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was very unprofessional all the clerks kept asking for last min cash deposit and exchange Information When the information was already providedin the description it doesn't say to have cash in hand for deposit

I wish I could upload pictures. The bathroom was covered in ants. When I complained the lobby staff acted like it wasn’t their problem. Literally said that she ‘didn’t know there were ants when I (she) gave you (me) the room.’ I had to pay extra to get out of the ant-invested room because again I was inconveniencing them! The nerve, I know. I’m a prototypical Karen. The staff was politely indifferent to my issue. Still just as aggravating. What is the standard at this hotel? I’m seriously asking this question to anyone related to this hotel who may be reading!!! New room had burn holes in the comforters and a dead roach. Again wish I could post the pictures. Downtown Visalia is a super fun quaint little downtown area and a great base camp for the Sequoia parks. just spend a little extra money and DON’T STAY HERE. I have been to a ton of Motel 6s and other cheap hotels. This is the worst Motel 6 I have ever been to. Not the worst hotel I’ve ever been to tho.

I didn't care for mattress. Very used with no life left in it. Property freshly renovated, good curb appeal.

I booked the non smoke room and they gave me very bad smoke smelling room, until mid night I can’t sleep because some one who was on above our room are doing disturb until midnight

Beds not good.

Stairs didn’t seem safe, old and damaged. Staff tried to charge me for a towel they said was in the room. You get what you pay for but annoying to be questioned about a crappy towel.

There was cocharoaches in the room. Plus there was a guy staying in the next room to us and he looked shady.

Burnt cigarette hole in top bedsheet. Lumpy pillows. 3 towels for 4 people. Housekeeping did not clean room as insisted it would be by front desk. Two soap bars provided. Front desk lady was nice on arrival. Had an unexpected $60 cash to pay at check-in. Not mentioned at time of booking. Checked emails, and Hotels.com to see if I overlooked that detail. Only visible on their lobby sign.

When we got there we were told there was a $60 CASH ONLY deposit. Also, they made my partner show his ID as well. Wish I had known this before we booked and paid online because we would've gone somewhere else.
