Receptionist was helpful, waiting staff poor service.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast with lots of choices, convenient parking, and well maintained building. I wouldn't hesitate to use this hotel again

The water was dirty and yellow

Great staffing of hotel. Very friendly and helpful. But I feel a 4 stars rating is overrated. Great showering system. But shower curtain is very flimsy and short so the entire bathroom floor is inundated after every shower. The flushing mechanism of the toilet takes the biscuit. It’s weak and nonsubstantial. Maybe in just our room? Rm134. There are ample parking spaces around the hotel. So guests could save 10euros each day. Breakfast was substantial so this is great. There is no port or watery features around. So don’t be misled by its name.

The place was very clean, the people are very nice. Family room was excellent and spacious.

Nice basic hotel. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. However the level of noise from outside was quite bad. Even with the wooden shutters drawn. There was a bit of a draught from the window. Decent double glazing may help. The restaurant food was average and it was difficult to get the attention of waiting staff at times. Opening time was 20.30 but there were people sat at tables much earlier than that hogging the best tables. So bring ear plugs and get into the restaurant early would be my advice

Check in was excellent, check out not. Upon check in I was requested my credit card in case of any extras. When checking out the lady ask again my credit card, I told her to use the one in the system, she said it too late not, she will need a card again. I was very surprised, I have to pay with cash for the minibar.

Nice hotel , couple of plug sockets didn't work. . . And phone died and we missed our alarm. 😞 Simple fix and up to that point , superb.

The shower really was the only good thing to say beds uncomfortable pool area ok dinning area like a school

The room was clean and quiet . I didn’t like the distance to the center of the city. Not much to do around the hotel. Also we have to wait a little bit for a taxi every time.

Stayed there 2 nights and there 1 more as it was good! Good facilities excellent shower and bed. Parking and nice reception.

The hotel has everything you need: pool, good service, super PET friendly, good bed and ac. Restaurant close at 23:00. Not in the center. But besides this, all good! Family rooms are nice with 2 bathrooms

Lovely reception- pool area is excellent with plenty of beds and loungers. Only downside were the beds in the rooms. Hard and so uncomfortable. Overall, a good place near to the metro station.

The 1st room they give us the toilet didn’t work, then they give us a different room that was to small, and the 3 rd time they give us a better room but still not qualified for a 4 star hotel, they had no TV, instead it was a pc monitor very small.

A little out of the wsy but only 10 Euro taxi ride from city centre Very good value for money.

The room was a good standard with a fab shower and comfortable bed, although 2 singles create the double. The hotel was clean, however there was someone smoking in their room illegally and after mentioning this to reception nothing seemed to have been done about it. The smell started just in the corridor but started to impeach into our room.

My kids and I stayed here for a night just passing through. Everything was clean, quiet and convenient. Staff was helpful. Simple and straightforward option.
