Staff are friendly, helpful and relaxed, while the rooms are airy, clean and characterful. The central location is superb.

This hotel is in the best location for a short trip to Riga. The city is walkable and is beautiful. We stayed for 4 nights with breakfast included. The staff are very helpful and polite giving us a free city map at check in. Breakfast has a great choice of food and plenty of seating inside and out. Rooms were spacious and bed comfortable. All spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel infrastructure is quite dated and needs a complete overhaul. My bathroom had water sipping through from underneath the tiles due to burst pipe under the floor.

Great location for tourists. Close to Old Town historical sites snd numerous dining options. Only negative was street noise for our room facing the street.

I was very grateful for the absolute quiet of this hotel. Not a sound from outside my room - either other hotel sounds or from the street (it was a car-less interior pedestrian street. The only problem was the horrible cobblestone streets and poorly maintained sidewalks. Riga has a lot going for it, but municipal upkeep is not one of those things.

We had a great stay! The hotel is very modern and clean. Our room was spacious and really nice. Great and convenient location and the breakfast was really good! Would definitely stay again.

A four night stay to celebrate a birthday. The hotel was chosen because of the position within the old town of Riga and the photos shown on the hotels.com app. Upon arrival the staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was beautiful. It was a superior double room which was a great size with really comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom with shower. A small sofa, plenty of storage and a desk. Breakfast was served in the bar opposite the entrance to the hotel through a covered walkway every morning from 7/7.30 - 11am. It consisted of fresh hot and cold delicious food in a lovely atmosphere. The staff realised it was my birthday from checking my passport upon arrival (without me even knowing) and surprised me with a lovely card and bottles of Prosecco to celebrate. A really thoughtful and touching thing to do. Made my day. Cannot fault the hotel at all, everyone from arrival to departure were lovely, genuine people. Fantastic place would happily come back again!
