In general, it was a good experience. People at the front desk were firndly and aprochable. Hotel location was really good. Walking distance of the best Landmarks of Buenos Aires. It call our attencion the dated dry hairs, almost worthless, and the outlets in the room to connect our cell phones. They were either away from the head bed or not working very well.

Hotel was good. Friendly staff. Room was ok, not a big deal. Bed was comfortable. TV just cable in Spanish, little bit outdated, for the price that you pay; should be something better. Didn’t check other amenities.

The hotel is well located; we stayed in a spacious, panoramic room. Upon arrival, we had a problem with the noise from the air conditioning, and a technician had to come up to fix it. The next day, the same thing happened. The bed was terrible, the mattress had springs that were popping out. I mentioned this at the front desk, but the only solution they offered was to turn it over. One afternoon, I borrowed a bottle opener from the front desk. That night, around 10 PM, the front desk man called me, very angry, to see why I hadn't returned the bottle opener. He told me to come down and return it; that it wasn't a hotel service. I told him that if he wanted it, he'd have to come up and get it. We're talking about a bottle opener that doesn't cost more than $2. To top it off, one night the toilet broke, and the same man who worked at the front desk had to come up and fix it. Since he was alone, he told me that once he finished checking in, he'd come up and fix it, which he finally did around 2:00 AM when I was falling asleep.

The location was fine. The bed was extremely hard. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and tub as if it had not been cleaned at all. There was a tag to put on door to be eco-friendly and not have room cleaned, whereby you would receive a complimentary drink at the bar...haha, this is a joke and embarrassment for the hotel as the "drink" was one small bottle of water for 2 adults to share... worse was the front desk staff arguing about the policy and making you feel like you were somehow begging for a single bottle of water which would cost 10 cents across the street! We literally went 4 days without having our room cleaned - mainly because the staff was so horrible and failed anyway at the beginning to do a good job of cleaning. I don't mind cleaning myself when I see such an unprofessional job because why would I complain to have them come and do nothing as was the case at check-in. The rudeness of the front desk staff (Luciana in particular) makes this hotel not a future option. (only the doorman was worthy). For airline staff who travel frequently and recommend based on experience, NH hotels really failed here. I would never recommend this to family or the 100k plus employees of my company. What a shame, a little customer service training could go a long way. Rudeness is never accepted.
