Vary good location. Next to tram stop and five minutes walk to metro and 15 minute walk to Milan Centrale main line station. Room was excellent, vary clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. One very minor point was could not get the bath plug to stay down, but shower was excellent anyway.

The cleanness, service, breakfast…everything was perfect! The bathroom was amazing! There were two bathrooms. The staff were super kind and heartwarming. The breakfast was incredibly great! It was much more delicious than other restaurants. If I visit Milan again, I’d love to come back.

Lovely hotel with nice spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a reasonable selection for breakfast. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Slightly on the outskirts but walkable to main sites or can get an Uber very quickly. Would return if in Milan again.

Overall, the stay was good. Service is good. Breakfast buffet is excellent (despite same foods every day). A refrigerator that is colder will give a perfect mark.

Restaurant closed, so disappointing

I traveled with my 12 year old daughter, the night we stayed has a big thunderstorm we come down to the restaurant for dinner, and they have a private party I want to get dinner for my daughter and the manager from the restaurant was so rude, super rude and aggressive told me they are closed I asked what about room service and he went close to my face and told if I didn’t read the sign of course I didn’t see it. Next day I talked to the manager he apologized and said he had an event and he was under stress, in this case if he can’t deal with the stress he shouldn’t be in this business and learn how to deal with guest, the restaurant was tiny, in two weeks in Italy everything was perfect until I come to this place, we went to sleep without dinner feeling so bad for my little daughter with an empty stomach 😭

Beds were comfortable, bathroom was a good size but shower was very small. Our room had a strange smell. The breakfast was excellent!

Amazing. Accommodating staff, clean rooms, amazing area a short distance walk to everything, right near the bus stops for public transportation. Would definitely stay here again

Great stay in the Hotel Windsor Milano

Good value for price . Spacious room . Great breakfast

The hotel is in a good location as you can walk to the Metro. The train station is one stop away on the Metro. There are restaurants and bars that you can walk to as well. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The staff are extremely nice and very helpful. We had a wonderful breakfast buffet included in our room package. I recommend this hotel.

I would book again, esp. for business trips. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and in a very convenient position, not far from the Stazione Centrale and from the yellow Metro stop (Repubblica). Plenty of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner just around the corner. Breakfast satisfying, maybe a little messy but it can happen. A/C very fresh (almost cold!), which was of course quite welcome in the scorching hot weather - same goes for the free mini-bar in the room. Loved the shower gel brand :)

Delighted with the hotel, great room, very quiet from the street outside and also the Alcon which was whisper quiet. Everything looked and felt very new and modern. Staff very friendly and helpful, great breakfast and the restaurant was an added bonus. Highly recommended for a stay in Milan.

Good location for central station and getting around by tram. The first night for us wasn’t too great as we were above electric gate and staff put out rubbish and laundry at 4.30! Very noisy!!We asked to move rooms and staff did sort for us. Breakfasts were great. Coffee was good and lots of choice for breakfast. Breakfast staff were lovely and very helpful. There was a nighttime bar/bistro if you wanted to stay in hotel. Hotel rooms simply furnished but clean and typical of city hotel. Small outside area at entrance to sit for coffee if required. Overall very good location.

Very good hotel in center of Milan

Quality hotel, friendly staff, good breakfest. You can here the trams running all night. Good local restaurants.
