Nice stay, rooms are a little dated, but clean, comfortable, and in a fairly good area near Napoli Centrale train station. Friendly staff. Would recommend.

Our room was quite dated and the shower head impossible to control. Water went everywhere

Convenient and clean inside, the outside areas not belonging to to hotel are unkept and that is your view.

The staff was amazing, I request another night stay and remain in our room. They were very accommodating and made sure that they ensured we were happy. The restaurant staff were professional, courteous and very accommodating. The breakfast and dinner were very tasteful and well prepared. Cannot emphasize enough on the restaurant staff a five star feeling.

The property was one if thr best hotels I have stayed in while visiting the Venice area of Italy. The breakfast has lots of options from sweets to fruits to meats and cheeses. Along with coffee and juices. The room was nice and spacious with all regular ammenities. The location is across from the train station and a bus stop. That leads to some noise and cigarett butts nearby which is the 1 downside. However once you walk in the hotel you can block the bad out and enjoy some good sleep and food.

The carpet of the room in poor conditions(holes, brake, stains) the wall paper are broke, the bath with mugs. We request room change, they did it, the news room better than the first; but I”ll never recommend the hotel.

Great hotel, handily located next to the train station. Fine through the day but was a little dubious at night.
