Old outdated…. Lol!

Hotel is centrally located right across the Abastos shopping center. Metro station very close. Restaurants available close by. Room was big and very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My only concern were the elevators as there was one of out of service some of the time. (there are three). Looking forward to a future visit.

Dirty, outdated

I loved the shower, the air-conditioner worked great, large hotel room. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean.

I checked in and I went to the bathroom and here was water everywhere in the floor. I went to look for my phone to take a photo and hotel staff knocked on my door. They needed to come in to spray the room for pest control. I told the staff member about the bathroom and he said he was sending someone right away. I left the hotel to run an errand and eat. I went back 6 hours later and the bathroom was in the same situation. I went to the lobby and reported it. No one came over to clean. I ended up leaving the hotel earlier than expected. They should really issue a refund

Had a leaking air conditioner that woke me up at 4am, staff switched my room straight away when I let front desk know

Very old - not maintained. Would never go back again.

Barely a 3 star experience. The breakfast was sub par, no cheese but white spread, no ham or similar, no eggs of any kind. If you arrived after 7:30, the only fruits left were orange slices. The A.C. in the room did not cool, unless you put the thermostat near 0. The cleaning service was not consistent, sometimes they restored the amenities, soap, shampoo, towels. Sometimes not(no soap, or only one towel)

The staff was extremely helpful, I arrived early after 2 days of traveling and they had a room sorted in 5 minuites

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. One of the best hotels in Buenos Aires in that price range. The front desk people offered us a free upgrade to premium suite which was in 19th floor, and view was awesome. The hotel stuffs were very friendly. I recommend this hotel to everyone. In fact, this will be my default hotel while I visit Buenos Aires next time.

We stayed at the Abasto five years ago and were satisfied, this time was quite different and not for the best. the rooms have deteriorated: the linens were torn the carpet in the room were old and buckling, the pillows stuffing was coming out. The bathrooms need updating. We expected better the hotel to be in better condition

Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to the subway and across the street from the Abasto Shopping Mall. Just a few blocks from a variety of Kosher restaurants. We really loved the location.

The air conditioner is not adequately sized for that large room and could not cool the room properly. It was too hot. The hotel is far from the city centre although it is conveniently located near the Abasto shopping centre and only one block away from the Esquina Carlos Gardel which is the Tango show restaurant. The staff was very helpful and attended us nicely. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

Awesome hotel with lots of character and style. Staff was very friendly and most spoke English. Wish we could have stayed a few more days. We keep missing the Tango Lessons.

Convenient location in busy part of city, we had fun and had a tango lesson, used the pool and gym. Opposit Abasto Mall, close to lots of eating spots. Slightly tired hotel in places but suited us well.

This hotel was nice. It was clean and comfortable- the room was spacious. The bathroom was also a nice size, and it was clean, which is always a big plus! We were very happy with the location, as it was close to the business meetings that we had for the day. The breakfast was very good- hot and plentiful.

It's a convenient hotel for business, and the rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds. But you don't need an alarm clock as the plumbing will wake you. And you may find it hard to get to sleep because of the connecting door to the adjacent room, meaning you can hear ever word, laugh, cough, sneeze and baby crying. Take ear plugs.

Overall is good, very convenient location. Close to shopping mall and the city. But the hotel is too old and need to refinish.
