Nice cozy hotel with a swimming pool and parking lots. The only disappointment was that air conditioning did not work well.

Beautiful room upstairs in the alcove with sitting area. Temperature perfect Loved the spa facilities, like the pool the sauna the steam baths Dinner was absolutely delicious and breakfasts really good with huge variety We made use of the bar as well, which has a nice variety of drinks

Well well, Travelling a lot during covid you experience quiet something but nothing takes the prices as this hotel. First of all they advertise that their spa is fully open again- well it’s open but only one sauna I function - no showers - and you only get a 20 minute time slot to manage both spa and pool !! Same with restaurant - where you in advance have to book a table for breakfast and dinner, and if you arrive like us mid afternoon - there’s only the really inconvenient time slots available. We stayed in this hotel many times before and was always very happy about all , but they have taken covid to an unpresidented level that has no ground in recommendations nor legislation. To narrow it down, all that used to be a commodity is gone - all that you pay is still fully functional.

Great hotel. Far enough from the city to be quiet and peaceful, but only 10-15 minutes drive to city center. Staff was excellent, and the hotel and rooms were clean. I would highly recommend and would stay here again for my next visit to Kiel.

Comfortable and clean. Daughter used and liked the Spa facilities. Restaurant is pretty good and has very good service.

The hotel had some construction work outside which looked off putting , however once inside the atmosphere was once of welcome and friendliness. The Bathrooms were so clean and bedrooms so comfortable. At breakfast there was such a relaxing atmosphere and the shuttle service was invaluable for local business meetings.

Excellent, quiet and relaxed

The hotel has most pleasant bedrooms which are comfortable and very well equipped, although the door mechanisms can be tricky to operate. The staff are friendly and helpful and fully aware of the door problem. Breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold buffet provided in a spacious and dining room decorated for Christmas. We also took lunch there on arrival and that too was very good. The pool was nice although a little cool but the sauna and steam room were excellent. The hotel has easy bus access to Kiel and is located in a quiet suburb.

Nice little hotel. great breakfasts in the morning. Not really near anything, so you'll have to drive a few minutes if you want something.

We intended this to just be an overnight stop on our way north, but we enjoyed the stay so much that we will return. We got an upgraded room and it was excellent, roomy, and clean. They were very pet friendly as well, and weren't just one of those places that say they are pet friendly but really aren't. It was farther from the waterway than we expected, but that turned out to be a bonus as the port was more industrial than expected. We found good walks locally for our pets. The restaurant was most excellent as well. We had an amazing dinner of fine fresh local seafood. We will be back.

I have used this hotel for several times now for an over night stay before we use the ferry Kiel-Oslo with our 4 person family. The rooms were always very nice and quite big. I can totally recommend it. There are hotels in the world with a fancier breakfast though.
