Staff is very accommodating.

Was so so. Bed was comfortable. Probably the best sleep I've had in a long time in a hotel and I travel often. Black out blinds in the bedroom worked exceptional well. Hot tub was out of use, which I find typical in most hotels and is very disappointing after a long drive or busy day. Price for their jetted tub room isn't worth it considering they don't even have a complementary breakfast. Their " kitchenette room" is nothing as the pictures shown so be prepared.

The room was very clean and modern. Coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge were great to have! Loved the rain shower too. Very nice maintained hotel, I would definitely recommend staying here. Denny’s attached to the hotel was an added bonus too!

There was a line up to check in at 10:00 pm which was surprising. Two people at the front desk were not very friendly or welcoming. When we arrived at our room the door was stuck and you really had to push hard to get it to open. Our room smelled really bad and we sprayed deodorant t try to mask the dank smell. At first we thought it was because we had a pet friendly room however there were wet spots in the carpet and a puddle in the bathroom. We also noticed water on the bedside table. We went to the front desk to let them know . They offered a new room but it was already 11:00 at night and we were just too tired to move our atuff. We sprayed more deodorant and kept our shoes by the bed so we did not have to step on the wet carpet. We were only there for one night but will likely never return. Disappointing for sure.

We found a beetle in our bedding. The shower had someone else’s hair in it.

Check in/out was quick and the reception staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. Nice to have 2 options for food as well.

Room was modern and clean. And very spacious. Super impressed

This hotel is tired. A bit run down. The dirt on the elevator floors was a key indicator. Furniture in rooms is tired. Air conditioners in the wall in the room is very loud and really shows the date of the hotel. The walkway to either the sports bar or Denny's is a bit questionable - and you cannot get back into the hotel from the same hallway, you need to walk outside to the hotel entrance.

Nice, modern decor. Convenient to have Denny's attached to the hotel. Appreciate pet friendly room.

Just fine

I called ahead as we were travelling 4 hours to saskatoon for a weekend get away to ensure the hot tub was working, told it was operational. When we arrived it was out of service for over 24 hours... The front desk told me one story and the maintenance staff told another. We only stayed 1 of 3 nights, found a different hotel with hot tub working. The staff were "fine" but not really helpful. My partner took the bags up while I parked the car and when I went to go to our room I needed a key for the elevator (not told this at check in) so I had to wait in line for another key... Just the little things we lacking. Room was okay but the shower curtain didn't close so we kept soaking the floor. Anyway it's a 3.5 rating from me

The newly renovated rooms are so beautiful and the hotel itself was very clean. I am very impressed.
