We had a great stay at this hotel whist visiting my son . Room was spacious and clean , facilities were good . Pool sauna steam etc were a great touch . Easy parking and fabulous breakfast. Helpful staff .

Mould on the old net curtains let it down. Gym and pool closing at 8 for us was sad as we got in later and as we were leaving early we missed out on the free breakfast but the lovely early morning lady gave us free croissants so that was something thank you.

We loved the location, the views, quality of the food and staff’s hospitality.

Pillows were as thin as an envelope and there was no plug in the bathroom. I went to reception who gave me a plug but, it did not fit as the fixing was broken!

Room was ok but hadn’t been cleaned that well. Evidence of someone else’s hair in the bathroom and the carpet. The bed was ok but the pillow was awful, very lumpy and uncomfortable. The food wasn’t the best but was ok for a one night stay. I think we would have struggled if we’d done another night. Location is good and the pool was great but the hot tub wasn’t hot and overall it wasn’t as clean as I’d expected.

Room was clean, fan was already on ready when we arrived, staff were very helpful on the reception. Breakfast was easy to get and the wait wasn’t too long even thought we hadn’t booked and parking was easy and free.

Our sur stay wasn't overall bad but it wasn't the best, we initially had server bottle flies in the room and dead flies on the window seal 0

Lovely location but rooms needed a good clean.

Breakfast was excellent standard fresh and hot. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

The problems 1 having paid extra for room with a view of the harbour this was completely destroyed by the view if the adjacent flat roof broken tiles and multiple AC units. 2. No Ac unit in this room Windows that effectively didn’t open ( 1/4 in only) Late afternoon sun And someone had left the heated towel rail on Also a winter weight 10.5 tog quilt on the bed. No sheets So obviously the room never cooled down. Having 3 noisy fans was just an indication if problems and were of minimal help

Excellent overall condition

Hotel very dated and could do with updating. Food and drink ok but very expensive.

Hair in the bath,dirty window and mirror in the room,shower was not great,dirty carpet,stained bedding.

This hotel has got so much potential it is scary. The staff, location and facilities are excellent. If there were a few tweaks made, for example, maintenance, because in fairness the place could need a lick of paint. One thing you cannot take away are the views…. PLEASE GET AIR CON IN THE ROOMS!!!!

Decor is tired, carpets have holes, room is dated, very hot, can’t turn off towel rails,room not cleaned, dirty glasses, old rubbish in draws. Bar is expensive restaurant is basic food, dirty dog eared old menus….

Great location with a good views and plenty of parking. Good buffet breakfast with good variety of hot and cold options. Room ok although it had a strange damp smell. Plenty of hot water. Overall I think good value for south coast location.

Stayed in room 46, was very comfy, nice bed and pillows, Dyson fan which was most appreciated. Room was quite noisy with the staff banging around with trolleys early doors but luckily we needed to be up. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice and plentiful. Nice bar. Pool area needs a loo it of love and attention, cold jacuzzi and steam room wasn't steamy at all. But nice setting on the top of Hayling Island, lovely bar over the bridge too The Ship Inn, watched the F1 and world cup there, nice food. Would stay again
