The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel is very old and could use some serious updating. However the room was very clean. There is no ac, but this is not uncommon in Ireland.

It was a very comfortable overnight stayi loved the power shower.....it really woke me up.

Got married there two years ago and went back for our anniversary and the staff are amazing they couldn't be more attentive to any needs, they are exceptional, friendly. Food is excellent. Would highly recommended

This property is a bit underwhelming, had great reviews, so we expected it to be wonderful. Very loud, walls are paper thin. A bit outside of town, so not walkable to any downtown area. If you aren’t from Ireland, don’t expect anything spectacular.

The hotel was lovely overall. The kids enjoyed the pool, the restaurant was delicious, and the rooms were spacious. There’s no AC and it was quite warm when we stayed, but we had fans available in the room and that was fine for us. We’d stay again!

Really enjoyable stay - great location to explore Clare - kids loved the pool. Really great breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel dated in places but being invested in. Would stay again.

it is not a walkable area and. reception was not very welcoming. also a maintenance request was rather slow

Just one night spent in very peaceful and clean surroundings. Staff were very nice. Room was basic but fine. Comfy bed which is crucial. Breakfast was a little underwhelming but filled a hole. Nice to have plenty of parking available and a great leisure area.

It is a beautiful property, especially if you like to golf. The rooms are spacious and clean. I had only one night here, but if ever in the area again, I would stay longer.

Nice overall for our quick one night stay. 20 minute drive into town.

My only complaint: there was a raucous wedding on a Thursday night and hotel staff did not address the roaming after party until 2:30am. Walls are thin here, a little dated, but generally clean. 10 minute drive to city centre.
