Wonderful hotel in good location

They are two different buildings. One for sleeping and the other for everything else. Very strange since you have to walk through town, 1 block, to get to the main lobby.

Centrally located. Good breakfast. Only stayed one night on our way to Norway.

Second time we stay here good location in center of town

Our room was located in the basement of the annex building. Stinky small room. Comfortable bed, good breakfast.

All was great. Thank you.

Enjoyed it. Some construction work in the morning but did not bother us to much.

The hotel has a nice spa. The rooms are small and clean, but the rooms are not noice isolated in between rooms, so you can hear what is happening in the neighbor room. This is not ideal, so try to get a room which is isolated.

We were put in a building that had no staff, very dim hall lighting, a nonworking elevator, no closet, no desk, no table, no nightstand, a 6 inch triangular sink, towel for one when there were 2 of us, & bedding that only covered half the width of the bed. Free parking was 2 blocks away, on a hill. What are they thinking??? Nowhere to set our things, couldn't hand wash anything, creepy hallway.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was small but clean. The restroom had a bad odor coming from the sink.

Personalen kunde vart liiite trevligare, le iaf! Menyn var lite väl klen, fanns ens inte en sallad - om man skulle vilja ha det.

Fräscht hotell i centrala Arvika med närhet till centrum och shopping runt hörnet. Rummet var supermodernt med ett fint badrum. Trevlig personal och ett mindre gym som jag faktiskt klarade av mina 13 rutiner i.

Frukosten va inte gratis, barn som låt hela natten. Skrek och sprang runt. Kallt i korridoren

Toastolen satt löst. Massor av damm i lampan i taket. Kunde vart fräschare.
