No tv, no WIFI, & found bed bugs. HORRIBLE front desk lady who refused to help with ANYTHING and refused to call her manager then threatened to call the cops when I kept asking her to call the manager.

I was happy with the location and the room its self but the internet was out the entire time I was there. I needed internet for work items I wanted to work on while I was in town. I was not able to do that This is what affected my experience more than anything. Front desk was great

I didn’t know that the WiFi was out before we got there no one told us until we got there Saturday I’m thinking okay it’s only temporally down. So I can do my paper for school on Sunday the Wi-Fi was down the whole entire time that I was there I had to go to a Starbucks to get my work done the manager was no where around and I didn’t leave until Monday and the manager still wasn’t there from my knowledge

The hotel was clean on the outside and so was the inside; however, after getting to a room and getting ready for bed, i noticed that the queen size bed that was on the left had some staining near the end and side of the bed (sheets were not replaced). That was pretty gross ( i snapped pics of it and showed the lady at the front desk, but her boss was on vacation so there wasn't much she could do -plus i purchased through hotels.com, so money could be returned). Other than the bed sheet not being cleaned (slept in the other bed there) and some debris not sweeped up in the bathroom, our stay was good. The breakfast was good as well. I would stay again, but just check my sheets asap before laying down under the covers.

So really disappointed with the stay overall , For the 3 nights I spent there I had no internet in the room so I had to use my own data , This also meant that the internet on the tv didn’t work so no YouTube or Netflix , When I went to use the toilet when I got to the room it had not been cleaned , I won’t expand on that you can guess yourselves what it meant , The room was dark so ladies if your looking for a place to put on your make up before going to your business appointments or going out , this is not the hotel for you You won’t get a hearty breakfast here , the lady that would normally do breakfast was late so some items were for got to be put out like the utensils for taking the food from the trays etc and she blames the person that set it up for the weak coffee that was made
