Everything worked well and the apartment was very clean and well prepared for our stay.

Handy place to stay ,got a room the same day and staff looked after our bags .Nice mature Australian staff. Room was noisey for the price ,could hear the band on the front street playing and we were on 17th floor

The room is very dated, but was very clean and comfortable. The bed was lovely.

Very friendly and helpful staff and the room was sparkling clean! The position was perfect for trips to the beach and all of our favourite cafes. We loved our stay and will defintiely be back.

Found a cockroach in kitchenette Hair in ensuite bathroom Horrible shower, unable too control hot or cold No free wifi, not good !!!

I felt the apartment was in need of rejuvenation. In particular the laundry tub & shower surrounds were marked & looked grubby. I did advise the receptionist of this. It was a convenient location & over all a good choice. The chlorine in the water affected my skin causing redness & itching. It’s unlikely I would stay in Coolangatta again.

Great position and views. Secure parking. Very nice entrance and pool area. The unit we ha is spacious with wonderful views, however it is in need of a good clean and is due for update.
