Was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Would be nice to have more choices for breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Bed was very comfortable, staff was friendly.

Very clean lobby area and rooms!! Super friendly front desk staff when we checked in. We arrived 2 hours before scheduled check-in and our room was ready. A nice way to begin our stay. Easy, convenient access to the highway. Cute restaurant just down the road…Isabel’s Bakery. Would definitely stay here again when in town. Thank you.

A decent place to stay no complaints

Lots of construction. No ice machine working.

Our stay was not what it should have been. We were told there was a couch in room also a cot available but when we got there told different. We had to purchase an air mattress for our son. The hotel was being renovated and we were not aware. Our daughter found a fingernail on the floor, handprint on mirror, hair on floor in bathroom also in tub. Breakfast could have been better for the type of hotel it is. Also room smelled like trash. The smells from the renovation gave me a headache and dizzy

Construction going and completely understand that, but free breakfast?? Nothing was there but aging eggs and stale bread.

It was being renovated and had some open hazards. The pool and hot tub were CLOSED! Many of the vending machines were broken or out of product. No available bottled water in the machines.

We used to like staying here. It seems as if the owners are trying to cut too many corners to save on costs. For example: There was only 1 bar of soap. We like to have soap for the bathroom sink and soap for the shower. We had to keep bringing the soap from the sink to the shower and the shower to the sink. Also- Breakfast is extremely poor. The bananas were not suitable to eat. The cream cheese is a poor imitation Not good at all. The coffee is terrible. The eggs were not cooked properly and there was no meat at all.

We stayed here as it was near our friends wedding, breakfast was sub-par standard, over all just another place with a bed. Not much more to say.

The bed is comfortable and the heating worked well. The guys at the front desk were very friendly, too. It would be nice to get the snow cleared in the parking lot regularly. There was no water at breakfast, so I grabbed a cup and went to the sink in the breakfast area and saw mildew around the knobs. The shower floor was slippery as well and the faucet dripped. I would hope for better cleaning.

The staff was very nice. Our only complait was the remote for the tv. You had to stand right next to the tv for it to work.

We have stayed here before. No one was at the desk The rooms heat was off. There are not many choices in this area so I would hope some changes might occur to improve customer experience
