Staff were great. Breakfast a little sparse but adequate. WiFi signal out the office door and across the parking lot to our room 232 was unsatisfactory.

The bathroom was dirty , bed uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful time in Crescent City. The hotel is close to the ranger station, a lighthouse, and the scenic drive through the redwoods. The location was perfect for us. It was clean, and spacious. We parked right at our door. Breakfast was simple, but a nice start to busy days. Thanks North Coast Inn!!

Noisy, little water pressure, limited breakfast of toast and cereal. Ok for the price.

We made a last minute decision to drive from Oregon down to the Redwoods and this place was right in the middle of where we wanted to be. It has friendly services but the breakfast could've have a little bit more selections. We were close to where we wanted to go and end up after. We made it to the Trees of Mistry and the Avenue of Giants. Breath taking is all I can say. This place was neat and clean as well.

A clean and comfortable place to stay in Crescent City! Our room came complete with a coffee maker, refrigerator and hair dryer. The bed was very comfortable. The person in the office was kind and inviting. The location of the accommodation is quiet and within walking distance to the beach and shopping. I would definitely stay there again. 5 stars!

The staff were nice and the room itself was clean but it was in a bad area. Lots of homeless people with mental illness or drug issues.

Although the room was only to sleep at, I had the understanding that we would have continental breakfast available, that’s the number one reason why I got that hotel but in the morning before checkout we went to breakfast and all they had was toast and coffee, a banana. I was disappointed about that because I could have stayed somewhere a little better.

There was a bucket under the bathroom sink because it had a bad leak. There were stains on the curtain. The bed was hard as a rock. The furniture was extremely worn. It was not a great place.

This location was selected based on price and rating on Hotels.com, but we were really disappointed with our selection. There were homeless people hanging around the area asking for money as you walk to your car. The room really lacked a good cleaning and my wife refused to shower there.

This property doesn’t have Air Conditioning in the room and there were no screens on the windows so you couldn’t open them to cool off the room. Miserable sleeping.

Affordable, convenient, decent room, nice shower, humid room, didn't understand how to turn on A.C., busy area, noisy, killed at least 4 roaches (small), made me paranoid so i slept with the lights on and a bottle of STEM next to my bed every night.

Clean, very small, there was shampoo but no conditioner. Towels were tiny and in a small person.
