Clean room, staff kinda rude, parking limited, shopping across the street.

Great service! Clean and good breakfast.

Rooms are clean comfortable and quiet/staff member did not facilitate me with a wash room after 2 attempts and send me across the street to the mall to use a wash room when I badly needed to go./ parking was good/ shops were in close proximity. This experience had leave a bad taste in my mouth knowing that a hotel doesn’t have a lobby wash room to use incase you need one and the staff member didn’t offer me any options on site.

Great location right across the street from the West Edmonton Mall. Rooms are very reasonable especially mid week. Continental breakfast does not have any hot items but a great variety to choose from. Parking is great right outside the hotel plus they have underground parking. Overall the stay was very enjoyable.

Water pressure doesn’t exist. Toilet seat cover couldn’t be fully opened because of the sink counter. Staff sent us in the wrong direction of our room. Breakfast was delayed by 15 mins and there was a line up to get in the breakfast room.

Room was clean and very close to where we wanted to be

The proximity to the mall was well worth it but it is clear it's an old building. The walls are paper thin and we had someone stomping above us at 2am and then again at 6am in the morning. You can hear everything. The continental breakfast was not worth it. But the staff tried to be helpful and they were very friendly. The hotel was clean but slightly run down. It was very convenient being so close to the mall.

Room was dated, cold water barely turned on, ac made alot of weird noises. Location was amazing across the road from the mall, 25 mins from air port. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful
