Parking was crowded

The hotel is fine,the only downside is the breakfast area is small.

This hotel is conveniently located across the street from WEM. Their continental breast was OK. Coffee was not good.

The room is very spacious and clean. the floor is hardwork and better than carpet. The air conditioner is working perfectly but it cannot provide heat when the weather became old at night time.

I recently stayed at the West Edmonton Mall Inn and overall had a very positive experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient, especially for anyone visiting West Edmonton Mall. The only disappointing part of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately, it was the poorest hotel breakfast I have encountered in North America so far. The selection was extremely limited, and aside from hard-boiled eggs there was virtually no real food available. Guests expecting even a basic hotel breakfast with a reasonable variety of hot or substantial options will likely be disappointed. While I appreciate that breakfast is included, the quality, variety, and overall offering fall well below what I would expect from a hotel. Everything else was great, but the breakfast needs major improvement and did not meet the standard I would expect from a hotel offering complimentary breakfast.

The hotel location is convenient for the mall, but the number of drugs and homeless hanging around the parking lot is disturbing. There was a stain on the towel in the room, and the ice bucket had hair in it. We have stayed at this hotel many times, but this may be the last, sadly the location is just getting too sketchy. Never had the breakfast as there was a line up to get into the small room which is oddly on the third floor.

Easy parking. Awesome location. Very friendly staff. They helped when I lost my wallet and follower up.

A perfect hotel to stay which is close to West Edmonton Mall for a reasonable price. The staff were friendly, hotel clean, and the free continental breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again

Get rid of the smell of smoke in the hallways

The staff at check in were the rudest wickedest people we’ve ever met. Water pressure was so low in the shower that we couldn’t shower properly. Someone upstairs started stomping and jumping on the floor at 5:30am and staff did nothing about it. We asked for 2 extra pillows and a blanket and our room was inspected by the chambermaids. They were not willing to give us extra pillows until they confirmed inside our room that there was 4 of us staying and not enough pillows. This was an invasion of privacy and not nessicery at 11pm as my wife and her friend were in sleeping attire. The breakfast was horrible and made us sick after.

Disappointed! Breakfast was mediocre.

It has the location I was looking for

Very clean, nice room. Comfortable bed, big desk area to put your things or to sit and eat, but only one chair. Perfect location to walk across the street to the mall. No mini fridge. Breakfast was okay.
