Room was good just to warm.

Lobby needs an upgrade and their continental breakfast wasn’t good. Cold boiled eggs, butter wasn’t spreadable on my toast.

Friendly and helpful staff - front desk as well as housekeeping. Convenient location and clean lobby and rooms. Comfortable beds and plush pillows.

Everything was excellent except that the snack machine outside the elevator on the second floor did not seem to work.

The beds were lumpy and pillows flat as a pancake could hardly sleep. Maid could hardly speak or understand english

Room and Staff were fine. We stayed for 5 nights. The first 3 nights people above us were stomping around and making a ton of noise. Front desk was called and they would be quit for 10 minutes. I was woken up at 5 am to something heavy being dropped on the floor. Not sure if they were having toddler races or a basketball game. Hard to enjoy a vacation when you can’t rest.

Very Clean/Friendly service/ Breakfast could be better. Great location for the West Ed mall overall great experience

The room was gross not clean dirty floors and whe you walk into the hotel your grewted with a discgusting smell

The room was very run-down, hair dryer didn’t work properly, continental breakfast was super basic. We could hear noise from the floor above us and the rooms beside us. The only upside to this hotel is the proximity to WEM

Check in was a slow process
