Front desk and employees very friendly. Room was clean and well stocked. The fan/heater was extremely loud. Could hear people in next room talking. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fine although coffee was cold. Just an okay experience

On a busy main street, limited onsite parking - most of the parking is overflow across on a side street. Decor is old and bathroom space is a bit tight.

Room had no heat on the coldest day of the year -30 . Staff came quickly to room got the air running said it would take about 25 mins to warm uo. So i left for 40 mins as it was too cold to stay in the room. When i came back it was still freezing i felt the air coming from the vent it was cold. So i called front desk again thats when they offered me a heater that i had to go pick up and set up. Went out had to get a second heater. Room was still way to cold so i left again while waiting for it to heat up come back few hours later this time room still freezing and both heaters now not working. At this point i had enough packed my stuff went to front desk (it 1130pm - 12am at this point) told them i was leaving it was to cold to sleep in the room. Thats when they finally offered to switch room) but i was too upset that i paid for a room that i couldnt stay in all day they could have offered me a new when when this issue first came to light. Now im trying to get my money back and im told there is no guarantee ill get it bc the room was non refundable and in a contract. What id like to know is dont they have a contract they have to follow when it comes to room quality. It was so cold i had a winter coat on the whole time. I may a well have just slept in my car it would have been warmer. Also to make me get my own heater and hook them up myself just for them to stop working and then offer. To change my room 9 or 10 hours later when it late and i had enough. Complete bs.

My husband and I booked a 3-night stay. We arrived late afternoon to a chilly room and were surprised to find a portable heater set up for heat; the wall thermostat was not functional. The amenities were very basic, as expected, however we noticed a few items of neglect, especially during cleaning and re-stock each day (bed left half made, no bath mat, ice bucket liner not changed, light bulb missing from lamp, a large muddy spot from damp footwear left unattended for duration of stay). Parking was also very limited on site, so off-site parking was necessary on occasion. We simply didn't feel like valued guests.

Room was okay could have been cleaned better like dusting and more deeper, heat wasn’t working great so they provided a portable heater that did a little. Front desk girl was nice and accommodating but overall wouldn’t stay there again unless o had to.

Complimentary breakfast is excellent, lots of choices. Only problem was our heating broke and they did not seem to send anyone to fix it but they did give us a portable heater.

Awful. No heat, asked for assistance and was told there MIGHT be a maintenance person on tomorrow. Fan is blowing only cold air, room is freezing. Curtains are ripped, dated hotel with only updated flooring and furniture. Canceled Saturday night room and demanding compensation. Others on our floor were given space heaters for their rooms- it’s obvious the heating problem is not new, yet they continue to book and charge people. I was also told there are no other rooms to move to with heat. Unacceptable. Absolutely horrible experience and will never book a quality inn again.

It’s better any where else but they don’t check the room to clean it or to replace the dirty towel I was there for 5 nights no change to any bedding or shower and last shower I fall in my knees because the shower is dirt from previous soap remain in the bathtub. Breakfast is ok I don’t like the powder egg not healthy and saggy

We have been staying at the Quality Inn for a night every year for 5 years on our way to the USA for Thanksgiving. This year, I was dissapointed with the cleanliness of the room. The flooring was sticky to walk on, and didn't look like it had been swept, I noticed a sour smell when you walked in the room which I found out was a sour smelling shower curtain. There was leftover fruit in the fridge which looked like it had been there for a few days.
