the location was prime.
The staff at the front desk did not ask us at the check out if we had a pleasant stay, did not wish us a safe trip... I feel that they have some room to grow when it comes to customer service. Also, their dining room service was very slow, the tables were not set up in a timely manner for their next guests. You had to almost set it yourself-no utensils, napkins. They did not attend to their guest to make sure that all of their needs were met. This is our second year coming to the hotel and little if anything has improved. It was the cleaning service staff who thanked us for our visit and extended their wishes for our safe journey.
