Not working A/C, didn’t offer at least an electric fan. No phone to use, broken door knob, balcony has burnt corner. Front desk wasn’t helpful.

Rooms were not very clean or taken care of. Had to request to switch rooms as our first room was very dirty and not presentable at all. 2nd room was by far way better but downfall was the fridge and freezer didnt work so we couldnt keep anything cold or frozen. The air conditioner kind of did its own thing, while it did work it was very loud and made a bunch of noises. Walls and floor are very thin so when walking or talking you have to use caution as we were on the 2nd floor and the people below us were banging on the ceiling as we were trying to get ready for the day, and we were very respectful with not wanting to be a nuisance. Place was overall very unclean and they say no smoking but you can clearly tell that many people were smoking in the suites. Front end seemed very unorganized and didnt seem to care too much about customer service.

This is a very tired property. It requires major renovation to be done. Housekeeping is sketchy. The stairs and halls are awful.

A/C unit could not keep up but it was very hot out. My main disappointment was that I called ahead of time to confirm the type of room I was getting, only to be told when we got there that they did not have that sort of room. When I explained again that I had called ahead of time, they suddenly had the room that I had been told I'd get. I shouldn’t have to push to get what I already made arrangements for and I really don't appreciate being lied to. I won’t stay here again.

The decorations and furniture seemed fairly new. However, the baseboards needed to be redone. The rugs throughout were disgusting.

Rooms are not good washroom door don’t lock properly and also smell coming from rooms

The curtains was not blackout or fit the window had to request a blanket to hang up to cover the window co.petly so we could sleep. Plus on top of the bedding was cleaned with some strong cleaner so strong I had a very hard time breathing.I have breathing issues.

In town for work, the hotel

This is one of the poorest properties I ever seen. It was very unappealing and do not recommend.

The rooms were disgusting. Looked like the carpets hadn’t been vacuumed in YEARS! The smell in the hallways and rooms were atrocious. The kitchenette advertised all pots, pans, cutlery etc were available. We had ONE 6 inch pot. A microwave was also advertised in the kitchenette and there wasn’t one. Essentially I had no way of cooking for my family. The front of the building was also falling down. The entire drive through in the front was completely crooked from having the pillars shift and crack. Would not recommend for anyone with a family

For price points my go to spot in Red Deer. Rooms are clean, staff is great, bed is comfortable. Add the North 50 Pub attached to the motel and it is hard to beat, amazing food for low prices.

I found the hallway and our room smelt like dog! The washroom was in horrible condition. So gross, so dirty!! This hotel has absolutely no care in maintenance.
