Hotel stay was fine. We stayed a week and only had two housekeeping visits, which was enough for us. Pool was open, breakfast was good, beds and pillows weren't comfortable though.

Budget hotel

Upon arrival, we had to request a room change due to soiled torn bedding. Our room key cards had to be replaced multiple times as they stopped working. Breakfast was basic and the coffee was extremely watered down. The staff was friendly.

This hotel was great. Outdoor pool and hot tub which were nice after a long day of driving. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast had a good assortment and you could make Texas-sized and shaped waffles!

I got this hotel for my son to go to a friends graduation and even with me on the phone they would not let him check in because he is not 21. He is 18…still and adult. So I had to call all over town to find another hotel while he was 6 hours away. HE IS AN ADULT!

Very clean

The service wasn't the best it could have been, especially when it comes to cleaning rooms, or changing towels.

Plugged up toilet [every time it was flushed] on first of three nights. Continued through the stay. Asked about having it fixed, employees weren't knowledgeable enough to tell us NO maintenance on weekends. I was told they would call maintenance. Went to desk for a plunger. NOT OUR JOB....Hair dryer didn't work, so I was tasked with going to desk to get a replacement. That one didn't work either. I GAVE UP. Stingy with towels, and also coffee for room Won't stay again.

Pleasant stay.

As soon as we arrived we had to fight off knats!! They were all over the bedroom and bathroom area. In the morning my husband woke up and there was a big brown spider on the wall near his head by the headboard!!

The mattress was extremely hard. My back was aching every morning.

It was a nice place to stay

It was really close access to Highway 114 Business which runs parallel to the main highway of 114. For those who do not like to drive fast this is a wonderful alternative. Also, it is in a very quiet neighborhood. Breakfast every morning from 6-9 consisted of cold and hot choices. And dang... the waffles were in the shape of TEXAS... very cute add on. The only thing we found out just by asking was their policy is they only service rooms every 3rd day for extended stay. We stayed 4 nights and when we got back to our room the bed was unmade and towels were not refreshed. So upon asking for service we were told this additional information. They will service the room if you ask.

While I was intending to use the spa I fell alsleep and thus didn't. My loss. I was a pleast stay

Stayed for a day, older hotel but very clean and lots of room in the hotel. Good water pressure, work out room, breakfast room, smaller pool but still open. Electricity went out during the storm passing through but was back on within 5-10 min. Friendly staff. It’s really great for the price.

It is a fair price hotel to stay for a swim meet at the Northwest ISD Natatorium. The room is older but fairly spacious for the price. The intersection is busy due to Freeway 114 construction.

Extra pillows, hot water, great water pressure, great breakfast, friendly staff

We have stayed at this property multiple times. This time the building seems run down. The lady helping with breakfast is always cheery. We love the location to the Speedway and the restaurants in Roanoke.

Room was clean and quiet. Good, friendly customer service. Breakfast was good, would have like to see other options like boiled eggs and biscuits and gravy. Not very comfortable sleeping. Bedding is not comfortable at all. The elevators were very slow!
