Great, friendly welcome from reception staff. Good access to room - lift.

Booked here but realised I got the dates wrong, immediately contacted Expedia within 12 hours of booking and they tried to contact the hotel who did not respond to any requests to change the date. I tried a number of times including contacting the hotel directly. So poor on both the hotel and Expedia! Now my review keeps getting blocked!

Convenient location, reasonably priced.

Very convenient distance from the people we were to visit.Reasonably priced but with good parking,clean and tidy rooms and excellent staff.

Check in was straightforward, the welcome from the gentleman on reception was warm, the room was clean, warm and had all we needed.

Very friendly welcome and rooms were ver clean. The quality of pillows lets the whole place down as tried them but woke up in agony. Bar service was great and overall a great hotel.

Free parking, access to quick food options, good price for a last minute overnight stay.

The carpet reminded me of a bad Wetherspoons, I wish I’d brought my flip flops. Late into the night, other guests were talking loudly in the corridor. The bathroom tiles were cracked and the shower was scolding hot. The pillows were hard as rocks. Did I enjoy the experience? No. Will I be staying here again? No.

Comfortable and easy - great for the price we paid and purpose we needed (overnight stay on long trip)

Average hotel. You get what you pay for! Breakfast is sufficient. Windows let cold and noise get in. Sleep is difficult due to traffic and road noises all night.

This is a good place to stay. It is close to the motorway and also a Harvester restaurant next door. We just found it a little noisy when housekeeping had the laundry delivered at 7am.

Very clean; receptionist was very caring and professional. Alround experience was first class.thankyou ibis.

Basic rooms but have everything you need

It was a clean Room with a comfortable bed a walk in hot shower the receptionist changed our room from 1st floor to ground floor when he saw my wife's condition with arthritis so we had a really pleasant stay thank you.

As usual the staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel is in a great location for the M1 and the Chesterfield/Sheffield area.
