I had a wonderful vacation at Vinpearl Resort, the room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, the staff was friendly and lovely, the breakfast buffet was varied, I stayed for 2 days but I didn't feel bored with breakfast, the dishes changed every day, the location was ideal, there was a shuttle bus, close to the dining area, it was great. I will definitely come back if I have the chance.

Exceptional hotel with a fantastic location. Stayed here with my family for 6 nights, and really enjoyed from start to finish. Facilities are great, paid extra for a sea-view room which was worth every penny! Staff is professional and friendly and there is plenty to do on the island while the hotel offers a free boat ride or cable car to the mainland, where restaurants, bars and local attractions are only a short taxi ride away. The only downside were the prices. The restaurants and bars are super expensive compared to Vietnamese prices and pretty much at the same level like back home in the UK. The buffet isn’t great for that price either, but convenient if you don’t want the journey to town (where you can have exceptional meals for less than half the price).

The reception staff was quite indifferent and not very welcoming. Otherwise, the service staff and reception at Hon Tre are very good.

Friendly staff, good service. However, the electrical outlets in the room are quite few and loose. The beach is beautiful but there are a lot of jellyfish.

I was a bit disappointed when staying at Vinpearl Resort. Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. I arrived at the check-in lobby at 2:30 p.m. and waited until 3:30 p.m. to check in. I hope the managers pay attention to this so that guests do not feel uncomfortable because they have to wait too long to check in!

Service quality is getting worse! Not like before!

Truly excellent. The sea has no waves, so it is dirty and has algae. No people, private. The swimming pool looks a bit old, it should be upgraded and built new. The room is fully equipped, has a bathtub, and very fragrant shampoo and shower gel. Hand lotion. Free soft drinks, snacks, hot tub, great sauna. The food is rich, diverse, and delicious. The staff is extremely professional and sweet. Very pleased. I have booked a room for October.

The family went here, the staff enthusiastically supported early check-in and I noted in the service when I was sick, there was free white porridge in the room. Clean, friendly resort
