Air conditioning was broken and they said they fixed and it wasn’t. Thankfully the second night was cooler outside. The hot tub was out of service and really cloudy water. Our room was clean but the bed was supposed to be a king size but it definitely did not look or feel like it. We stayed there 2 of the last 3 weekends for our kids sports tournaments. I think we gave it an honest chance, however, I don’t think I would stay here again.

Very quiet and front staff was very accommodating.

The room was hot and the ac didn’t function properly. It made for an uncomfortable sleep. The doors slam shut so it’s very noisy if it’s busy. The staff was kind and helpful.

Sandman is go to in Red Deer. Great location and price!

Air conditioning was noisy and clicked on an off barely cooling the room. I found the lighting in the room to be dark and the bed and pillows I found to be uncomfortable. Not a bad hotel but certainly not five star worthy. Staff was polite overall with the exception of one female employee who almost barreled people over as she exited the elevator.

Great stay

Wasn’t a fan of the pillows. Had to turn the AC to 62° to keep the room at room temperature. Other than that, not a bad hotel, but not my first choice. 3/5

Very attentive staff. Nice rooms. Could have been a bit cleaner. It didn’t appear our room had been vacuumed super well.

Staff was incredible and very helpful and kind!

The room was spacious and the bed comfy. We had a suite with a queen bed.

Hotel halls were swamped with noisy kids and the hotel staff had no idea how to control them. There were housekeeping issues. No hot water in the morning. I don't recommend this hotel.
