Helpful staff great location

This was great for us and close to nice parks. I would only recommend staying here with an event or game at the stadium across the street if you’re a fan.

Large rooms with vert big comfy bed and great pillows. Large bathroom with over bath shower. Great quality towels. Corridors very quiet despite high occupancy levels. Staff very attentive, helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was excellent. Mixture of hot and cold choices, good coffee and selection of juices and pastries. Location is literally 25 metres from San Mames stadium and just 5 mins walk from Bilbao's Intermodal transport hub

The hotel’s location is amazing. A quick walk from the central station and literally right next to the stadium. The riverwalk which takes you to all the museums and Old Town is at the doorstep.

Quite large room with a nice view of the Bilbao stadium.

Nice location next to the football stadium. Checking in wasn’t great, arrived at 4pm room wasn’t available until 5pm even though check in was supposed to be from 3pm. Got sorted in the end but checking in staff made us feel like an inconvenience. Parking is really easy lots of spaces. Rooms a little dated but very clean

El hotel se ve que ya tiene sus años, la ubicación si vas al estadio está enfrente del mismo, pero lejos del centro nosotros porque llevábamos coche alquilado, ventaja el estacionar es gratuito, desayuno bueno con lo necesario para arrancar el día,

Lovely stay and great location next the stadium. We did the tour which was great value for money. Easy access to the tram with stops to all the main attractions. Good breakfast. Local neighbourhood had a good selection of reasonably priced restaurants. Room was large and comfortable for a family of four.
