Las instalaciones la habitación muy propia. Punto negativo la manifestación difícil un poco complicado llegar al hotel pero nada que se no. pudiera solucionar

Muy bello lugar súper céntrico y cerca de varios lugares iconicos de la ciudad. Personal muy amable y limpieza a diario.

I was disappointed with my recent experience. Due to the protests in Mexico City, access to the hotel and surrounding area was very difficult. We often had to use the back entrance to get in and out, and many stores, restaurants, and attractions were closed during our stay. We booked this reservation expecting to enjoy a better tourism experience and explore the city, but unfortunately, the conditions significantly affected our trip. While I understand that protests are outside of Expedia's control, it would have been helpful to receive advance notice or information about the potential impact on travelers. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and we were unable to enjoy the destination as planned.

Great room even greater staff

The room and bathroom were clean, and the housekeeping staff was very polite. The entire staff was friendly, especially the restaurant team, who provided excellent service. The front desk staff was courteous; however, they were not very helpful in accommodating our request to have all three rooms for our group located together. Despite my request, we were assigned rooms on three different floors. We were told the hotel was fully booked, but it did not appear to be the case. The main drawbacks were the lack of a refrigerator in the room and the shower. The water pressure was low, and the showerhead caused water to splash everywhere, making it uncomfortable to use. Overall, the staff was pleasant and the hotel was clean, but a few improvements would make the stay much more enjoyable.

Please call ahead to make sure the streets are open. We had a shocking experience when we arrived. We had to walk several blocks with our luggage. There was a strike and people were on the streets sleeping and blocking the entrances. Also the room was poorly maintained. I came back with many bug bites. Even though I reported the itching and the stained bedsheets and requested clean sheets, the situation did not improve. The property is in a good location with many restaurants around but with the protests many places were closed. I don't think I would stay at this property again just because of the poor attention to the rooms. The coffee pot was very filthy as well.

I loved how the hotel was in the middle of el centro so all we had to do was walk out the hotel and we were in walking distance to bella artes, zocalo, Barrio Chino and many more things. The hotel was very clean and they were very welcoming.

Excelente ubicación, muy limpio el personal es muy amable

Nos encantó que el RITZ está localizado en el centro histórico de la Ciudad de México. Es una excelente área ya que uno puede caminar todo a su alrededor y visitar diferentes puntos del centro sin necesidad de transporte público. Nuestra estadía fue excelente con muy buen servicio al cliente. La habitación tal y cual te la describen, y limpia. Cuando se trato de amenidades extras, el personal del hotel fue eficaz y rápidos con su servicio. El último día pasamos a desayunar a su área de restauran. Tienen muy buenas opciones y todo lo que nosotras pedimos estuvo riquísimo, el servicio de sus meseras fue agradable. Definitivamente recomiendo este lugar para su próxima visita. Y desde luego que yo volveré a quedarme en el RITZ en mi próxima estadía!

Great location near the center of the city the zocalo what is the center of the city and close by to all the main attractions , staff was great very helpful ,DO NOT USE PINK TAXY'S services , uber work as best ..!! Definably I would back again ..!! Gus

La propiedad está muy céntrica. Todo se mantiene muy limpio. Gracias a todo el personal de la recepción por su amabilidad y cortesía, a Edgar, Victor y Sergio por cuidarnos y gestionar el transporte en cada una de nuestras salidas. En el área de comida , siempre estuvo bien elaborada, todas las mañanas nos recibía Carlos y su compañera de turno con una amable sonrisa, el buen trato y el respeto ayudan a que te sientas como en casa. Las habitaciones eran arregladas diariamente, todo limpio, impecable , estábamos en la 625 gracias al chico que ayudó a que nuestra estancia fuese placentera. En general en el Hotel todo está organizado y las situaciones se solucionan a mayor brevedad. Gracias a todos. Lo unico que extrañamos fue un mini refrigerador en la habitación pues como personas mayores es necesario , nos asombró que no tuviera pues todos los hoteles los tienen. Hasta la próxima.
