Ok hotel for one night . It was completely booked . I guess that complicated the stay

Really nice hotel with amazing staff. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to the current issues but the staff were so helpful getting us an emergency taxi to Buenos Aires. Couldn’t ask for more support, we will be back someday! Highly recommend

It's a nicely designed hotel with friendly staff and great swimming pool and rooftop gym with an amazing view. The restaurant, although a bit austere in its colour black design, served first class food. The only thing i didn't like: why not just have a kettle in the room instead of a coffee maker, and why hideous polystyrene cups? That's a first in any hotel I've stayed it and really cheapened the experience. Whoever thought of that idea shouldn't be running an hotel. I also thought the cleaning could be much better. Pubes in the sink when I arrived...obviously not inspected.

Fantastic welcome, all front desk staff, bell boys, etc. They were all very helpful and very nice. The hotel is in very good shape. The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was very good! The only weak point for me: although the staff at the restaurant is very nice they need more training. Sometimes they would chat amongst themselves and ignore the customers. Also, they would start arranging tables and chairs when customers were still eating not realizing that they were being a nuisance.

Great location, many eateries just a few blocks away. Staff was friendly and breakfast was nice. I will recommend this hotel to others
