I stayed for two nights and it was really a nice place.

Room was clean, comfortable, staff was nice parking right in front of my room. All in all good experience.

We got there early and waited at the lobby. Called and the young man at the desk apologized because he was helping housekeeping. Speaks volumes of character. He was also very nice and professional. From the outside this seems like a little motor inn. Just from my the lobby it looks like major changes were happening. When we got to our room. Wow! This was nice! Clean, comfy and modern! Had a nice wonderful nights rest.

It had a ‘smoked in’ smell. Mattress was very firm. Uncomfortable Could hear lots of noise from other rooms as well as from plumbing.

The room was very clean and I like the area, lots of amenities near by and the staff was very friendly .

The place was very basic. It would’ve been nice to have had a coffee maker in the room, but we were able to walk down the street to a McDonald’s for her coffee. It was clean. It was comfortable and provided us with exactly what we needed.

The property is not impressive from the outside. Just a standard motel. But the room we stayed in was updated, with a great modern shower. Great stay for the price.

Had a comfortable stay, really liked it.

I came close to midnight, and was greeted with friendliness. The place was under renovation, but still effort was made to be tidy .Easy access off of the QEW.. and fairly quiet. The beds were a little saggy in the middle, but everyone overall was clean and tidy

Stayed here multiple times. Almost all of the staff is kind, helpful, respectful, and hard working; management is great. Tidy, spacious, good amenities, wifi is decent for work and recreation. No bugs, and smoke free rooms. More updated than most. Walkable area, very close drove to the beach. Nearby grocery stores, fast food, restaurants, and even car garages and auto rentals in walking distance if you have car troubles. Would definitely recommend.

Simplicity with room on lower level, convenient parking outside room, and convenient location for Henley rowing regatta Staff helpful, pleasant and responsive to requests (extra towels etc) Rooms recently renovated so they are very clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and very accommodating. It was very quiet. We stayed for 8 nights and were pleased with our stay. We would stay again.

Our first room smelt of marijuana and had toilet water all over the floor. so they moved us to another room that smelt of smoke drowning in bleach and chemicals. I asked if we could get a refund because of how bad it was and they said no. Unfortunately. I will never stay again. Non-smoking should be none smoking! Or a refund should be given.

Lots of little things were not up to par - curtains didn't match in length and were not hung properly. Couldn't get any sound on TV. Only one of the two bedside lamps worked at a time. Arrived to a nearly empty toilet roll. Hotel was quiet enough and conveniently located.
