Our room and the pool area were extremely well kept we appreciated the laminate floor in the room compared to traditional carpet. The breakfast area was excellent, one of the better hotel breakfasts we’ve had! Would definitely stay here again with our young children.

The parking was super easy. The room cleansiness was okay but I found it had a musty smell. The breakfast was okay. My daughter had cereal. I had a muffin and my husband had eggs, home fries and sausage. They did have a waffle machine. Our bathroom was dated the ceiling tiles were lifted. My shampoo was low in the shower. The pool area was nice and clean and tidy. Fresh towels were there.

My room was clean, the staff were so nice, the pool was fun, and the hot breakfast was excellent. Great stay for couples.

There was plenty of parking space available, registration was quick and efficient, the room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was great with plenty of both hot and cold choices available. Would definitely stay here again!

Keri was amazing at helping me feel comfortable during my stay. There was a few hiccups with my initial room not up to standard in terms of comfort and cleanliness but she immediately worked on getting me a room perfect for the stay. She also accommodated my late checkout and was lovely to chat with. Amazing staff really great service.

It’s was a very clean and quiet place to stay with all amenities needed. The staff was also excellent with our grandkids.

Parking was easy and secure.

Easy parking. The break was ok but it’s really a basic continental breakfast. If you stay on the 3rd floor know that the elevator doesn’t go to it, there are steps which isn’t necessarily an issue for everyone.

Very clean and tidy hotel. A true non smoking building. Any more then 1 traveler, avoid floor #3, as there are stairs to climb and you must leave luggage/belongings at foot of said stairs, if multiple trips to room are required. Otherwise, great place, and would stay there again. Watch out for them Pembroke potholes all over town!

The Quality Inn is near Comfort Inn, close to Burger King and please do not go thte restaurant opposite, they serve bad food and very bad customer service at the restaurant opposity. In respect to Quality Inn, there is no Breakfast served as advised by, rooms are not cleaned much, but I guess it is ok when you need where to sleep. The beddings and temperature are well maintained. Good TV and WiFi connection. Privacy is great!

A little bit disappointed that the beds were not made for the second night of our stay.

Hotel site indicates there's a restaurant and bar - both are closed. Swimming pool was out of order. Hot breakfast was mediocre. Room was clean. No blinds in room only curtains that didn't provide privacy on main floor.
