Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel itself needs a refresher and general maintenance. Tap in bath was coming away from the wall, floor in workout room is cracked and peeling. Also, ceiling fan in workout room only has 1 blade which doesn't move hardly any air. A lot of simple maintenance jobs need to be completed for this hotel to look a lot better.

The front desk staff was great, the one lady helped my boy and made him some popcorn when he asked how much it cost. The buffet staff was great also, the girl that we saw was efficient at ensuring that the food was well stocked. She was very quiet and polite.

This is the second time that i have stayed at this hotel. It was quiet, clean, good beds, pool was well maintained and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Restaurant right across the street and plenty of shopping nearby.

Pool was closed for half the stay, clothes left in bathroom from previous traveller, repairs needed in 2 of the bathrooms, and to top it off I had called ahead to ensure at least 1 room (cause 5 rooms were booked) had wheel chair accessibility and when we checked in there wasn't a room accessible, so part of our party had to move to a hotel across the street

It’s fine. I feel like it’s ironically named, seeing as the room I was given needed some love (fixtures were loose that should not have been loose. Light bulbs were completely different colours on the same fixture.). The coffee tasted like compromise. You know. Fine. Five stars to the front desk staff though, who were able to accommodate a much needed early check-in.

The only negative I can say is about the breakfast. Toaster was broken.. not lighting up on one side. Eggs were cold and waffle was not great either. Clarion used to have a full breakfast which was excellent. Not a big fan of continental breakfasts. Sorry. Everything else was good.

Spent a night solo travelling for the first time. Felt safe, comfortable and relaxed.

All local staff don't reply back to a good morning greeting. Immigrant staff are the only friendly ones. The lady in charge of the cafeteria is nice and helpful. The room was vacuumed but the floor near the beds was very sticky.

The room was clean and no noise from the road.
