This is a great hotel… This is the second time we stayed there and the next time we’re in Omaha I’ll try to book this hotel again. Helpful staff and friendly and that’s huge. We loved the restaurant and bar. Had good bartenders who actually crafted cocktails. Then breakfast was great- lots of proteins to choose from and actually had a real breakfast. Kids loved the poll, they have a small but nice courtyard and had cornhole if you wanted to play. I really like the king bed suite- Kids on one side mom and dad in the divided room.

Staff was very nice, but that's about the only good thing I can say. The air conditioning didn'tvwirk in the first room we were given. We got switched to a bew room. The air conditioning worked in the newvroom, but the beds were horrible. It was so uncomfortable. We were booked for 2 nights, but we asked if we could get a different room, possibly with better beds. We were told all the beds were the same. So, we asked if we could get a refund for the second night & just check out. They refused to give us a refund because we booked through a third party (hotels.com). We left and went to another hotel anyway. We decided we would rather be out the money than stay another night.

Good customer service. The only thing that I didn’t like was the breakfast. You pay and they only have limited options.

The property was fantastic! The room was great we will definetly be back and the staff are all so kind.

Very clean and friendly personnel

Not as nice as hoped. Many of the faucets were old and leaked or didn't stop turning. Floors were pretty dirty, turned the kids socks black after a short time running around the room. Comfortable bed, plenty of space, good price.

Mother was in hospital nearby only slept and showered here. Room was decent not dirty or anything but a little bit dated bathroom could be updated a bit bed was comfortable enough
