We stayed at the apartment and it was very confortable. a couple od dsofas were quite old and run down but the large kitchen and spaciousness compensated in excess. Parking is quite far. the entry to the apartment on the side of the main hotel is quite ugly and the elevator minute, Burt again the apartment made it worth it to look away.

We really enjoyed our stay at Best Western St Antoine. Rooms were modern and clean, the folks at reception always greet you with a smile, the location is perfect for walking to Old Lyon and also accessible to many cuisines and shopping. Only thing to take note is the lift stops at half floors so you would have to take a flight of steps to your room. Highly recommended and would stay here again if we come back to this beautiful city!

The property was quite dirty, things needed a good washing and the 1/2 floor revamp was quite odd

My only complaint is that the street was blocked off with construction and we had to drag our bags a block to the taxi stand. We are in our 70s and that was very hard on us. If i had known, i would have picked a different hotel. Solely due to that. Otherwise, we really liked the hotel and staff!

This is a budget hotel in a great location. The bed is not the most comfortable and we spent too much time killing mosquitos in our room. But the location is excellent, right close to old town in Lyon, and the price was very affordable. It had a nice comfortable shower. I marked it a 3 on cleanliness because we had so many mosquitos in our room not because it was dirty. It was clean.

Booked for convenient kitchen and laundry. Unfortunately the dryer doesn’t work well. The kitchen was handy but the furniture in the living area was beyond dirty. Overall, the apartment needs some care and a deep clean.

Easy walk to centre of Lyon and lots of dining options.

Good location and service. Clean and enough for a short stay. Standard overall.

Great hotel next to many restaurants and close to the old town. The staff were very kind. Lisa, who staffed the front desk, was always willing to help. She would get us ice and help us with directions. She was great!

Nousy

An excellent location to access everywhere in Lyon, the room was clean, bed comfortable and the shower powerful with extra pillows and a hairdryer already available in the room. Shower gel & hand soap provided. The receptionists spoke fluent English and were courteous and helpful. We didn't have the breakfast but a buffet stylen continental was available at an extra €14 each. The hotel was good value for money and we had an excellent stay. The only downside was the lift was extra slow but at least it had one!

Will stay here again

Very clean and plenty of space. But lift does not go to each floor there are about 10 stairs to reach your floor. Beware if you have mobility issues

Beds were terrible, hard, uncomfortable and the pillows like bricks. Didn’t help with the paper thin walls to carry the noise through from the corridor and neighbouring rooms. Tried to check in a little early as had been travelling all day and there was just no service on this, just told check in was 3pm. The hotel is in a really good location, need updating and made more French - we had a photo of Sydney opera house… use French landmarks instead.

Lovely modern hotel in a very convenient location. Simple but very nice breakfast and excellent and attentive staff. Beds very comfortable and bathroom modern and well equipped. Location is perfect, being a few minutes walk from Vieux Lyon as well as from all the best shopping areas

Very nice hotel with a good location. Close to old town, restaurants and shops. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the family apartment which is adjacent to the hotel property. The apartment is what is needed for a family on holiday or vacation. It is spacious, clean and offers the amenities you do not have with a simple hotel room. The elevator is small, so with a family of four, it required 4 separate trips to bring everyone up and down with their luggage, so plan on that. The thing is that you are paying for the space and amenities, so a few extra runs of the elevator is a minor thing. I have no problem recommending the apartment as a place for a family of 4 stay and would do so again on a trip to Lyon.

This hotel is located in a very central spot - right in the middle of shopping, dining, and more! The weekend market is right across the street. The hotel is clean. Only downside is that the rooms are very small, but you are in the center of the city. Our luggage did not make it on our flight with us and we informed the hotel staff. They were unbelievably kind enough to stay after hours and wait until our luggage got dropped off at 1:30AM. To say the least, the staff was very kind, helpful, and accommodating.

The hotel is excellent, from the staff to the service to the location. Wouldn’t hesitate again !!!

Overall a great stay offering fantastic value. Excellent location in the heart of Lyon, plenty of attractions, shops and restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff who were able to provide information and suggestions about places to visit in the city. One thing to note is that the lift stops at an intermediate floor, so you may have to carry luggage up/down about 6 steps. The only negative I had was that the fire alarm went off at 4am so had to evacuate and stand outside for approximately 10/15 minutes. I'm not sure what triggered it so can't blame the hotel as it could have been due to a guest.
