The breakfast i dun approve la, limited choice, very bland taste

Good location for me to go to my event place and meeting friends around. The staff are friendly and polite to assist when we needed. Overall is good.

first time in HK, i booked based on some reviews and found it very ok - hotel in causeway bay area so very close to the center and MTR - room interior is ok, although the room is not big, about 20m2 but the staff is very cute - breakfast is available, quite few dishes but convenient for tourists to eat and then go out

If you want to stay with breakfast at this hotel, you need to confirm to Traveloka how much breakfast is included. Because I have stayed at this hotel twice with breakfast for 2 people but when I checked in, only 1 person from the hotel. However, Traveloka reimbursement was given after contacting the Traveloka help center. The hotel's location is close to the center of Causeway Bay and Victoria Park. The quality of the food is very lacking in terms of taste and variety, so it's boring if you stay more than 2 days. The elevator queue is very long.

The receptionist at the front desk was unprofessional. The order was clear, but they still had to make some fuss. It was clear that 2 rooms were available, but they said no. Do you want a big bed? Breakfast was one, and it took a long time to open the room. The next morning, when I had breakfast, the waiter said that both rooms were one, and I had to ask the front desk to clarify before they said that both rooms were two.

To check in, if possible, the important thing is to bring your booking number and permit so you can enter.

1. The application states that smoking is allowed in the room, but it turns out that smoking is not allowed! 2. The application states that breakfast is for two people, but in reality it is only for 1 person. The room is too small.

The check in and check out process was fast. The staff was very agile and ready to help. I borrowed an iron and iron board, 10 minutes delivered to the room. There is luggage storage for a few hours if you still want to walk around after checking out. Non-halal menus in the breakfast area are clearly marked.

Good location, food, and transportation are available almost all day. The staff are great; most of them speak good English and are helpful. Breakfast is average, room size is a bit cramped, and there is no shower option in the bathroom. The lobby, room, and other facilities are pretty new (well renovated).

The room is nice even though it looks a bit old, but all the amenities in the room are still working well. The hotel is located quite close to the tram station and not too far walk from the MTR. Overall, this is a nice hotel with a very convenient location.

The room is narrow, the towel was torn and the food not much choice, stay for two days always have same food.

Everything is not bad, but if you could make the food at the breakfast buffet even better, because the food is just ordinary.😊

Menginap di Tipe Kamar Executive, untuk tipe 1 bed. Meskipun hotel lama, namun manajemen dapat menjaga kebersihannya, sehingga membuat pengunjung nyaman. Sarapan dengan menu standar, namun 1 kamar hanya mendapatkan 1 breakfast, apabila terdapat 2 orang yang menginap, perlu ada tambahan breakfast ketika check in.

Resepsionis kurang ramah, kamar bersih, dan dibersihkan tiap hari. Lokasi dekat dengan Causeway Bay dan makanan halal.

They allowed you to keep your luggage over night before check in and after check out which is good because I was staying in Macao for a night from Hongkong. The room a bit small, maybe they can adjust the price a bit lower 😁. Variety of the breakfast need improvement because its almost the same every day. Water pressure is a bit low so takes time to fill the bathtub.

Hotel staff is unfriendly, I paid breakfast for 2 including the room hotel cost, but she said only 1 person got the breakfast. Room is just so-so, not too clean. The room was not soundproof, so I could hear a woman when I waited the lift to open. Very bad experience, hate that sound, disgusting.

The hotel is old and still furnished, still the same since the last time in 2004. I have stayed at this hotel, small rooms are Hong Kong standard, breakfast is just normal according to the taste, not many choices according to the price. The check in process was quite long. Strategic location in Causeway Bay, lots of Indonesian restaurants and in front of the hotel there is an Indomarket, convenience store which sells goods from Indonesia.

The room was clean and quiet, though felt a bit smaller. Hotel location was excellent, with many eateries and shopping choices around. For me, the best part is they have a window corner with a city view. Overall it's a good stay!

The hotel is close to everywhere, the rooms are quite clean.
