The property has very small rooms, extremely small showers, beds and pillows were very hard, there was not enough seating at breakfast to accommodate all the guests. My hotel room was in a separate building so I had to walk out in the rain to get to breakfast. Don’t think it should be in that price range

Wonderful location for walking into the historic center of town! Excellent breakfast and friendly staff!

Everything was terrific overall! The room was clean and comfortable, the area felt safe and it was close to the historic center and plenty of restaurants and shops.

Had a room in the annex/dependance because we were 2 adults/2 children and the space was large and beautiful! Staff, breakfast, daily snacks were well worth the fare! Convenient location and immaculately clean! Great find!

this is a great place to stay with many extras that make it even nicer. Only small gripe was aircon wasnt allowed yet even though temp was warm, so was difficult to get a good nights sleep in 25C room or windows open with mosquitos. There was some policy about aircon that prevented its use yet. Otherwise this is awesome and we will stay again

Hotel was well-located in Lucca and while our room was relatively small, the staff cleaned multiple times per day, so room was spotless. Excellent daily breakfast was included, so the price was extremely fair. There were bikes available to use and the staff was helpful despite my poor Italian language skills and their limited English (some were more proficient than others). Overall, other than the on site hot tub being not very hot, and a minor issue with the shower in our bathroom, the stay was certainly well worth the price charged. They also offer an array of complementary snacks/soft drinks each afternoon, which was a very nice touch.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. I love that they had a snack and drink buffet throughout the day, including beer and Prosecco. Period the breakfast buffet was also very good. All around a very good hotel to stay.

We loved the hotel. Staff were extremely welcoming. The room was lovely and comfortable. The location was perfect to reach the centre. Wonderful breakfast, attention to detail. Can’t wait to go back.

Great location, loved room and the bikes.

The hotel was not so easy to reach by car with the help of google maps do to road blocks but when we got there the hotel staff was there to help and park the car for us. The hotel appears newly renovated, nice and clean. Breakfast was good, coffee’s were great. And to top it all there was a “Happy Hour “ between 17:00 and 19:00 with beer, Prosecco, soft drinks and snacks for Free👍😊 Recommended!

The room was like a story book. Alessandro was amazing and very helpful

The staff was excellent. The complimentary breakfast and snacks was a very nice surprise. A huge selection of food. Also, the opportunity to use their bicycles was another bonus. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everyone working at the front desk was friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome!

Love the apertivo time in the lobby everyday and the reception lady (whose name I forgot, but has been working there for 10 years) was very welcoming and friendly and the location of the hotel is great too
