I really liked the nice,big room.

Nice hotel close to ballparks. Everything was great

The property is outdated. The rooms look like motel 6 rooms. No microwave. But front desk was sweet enough to get me one. It was not the ideal stay.

Suite 316 was good, clean, bed bug free. Staff was friendly and daily room service. Complementary toiletries were good. Free parking is a plus! Recommendations: no microwaves anywhere in the building and none for suites either…that is a must have. Bigger tv’s in the suites because the 32” was hard to watch. Please upgrade the breakfast. We paid for : nights breakfast but only had it one night because the cook refused to take breakfast orders which front desk said we could order from menu but cook said no. The breakfast buffet did not have goods that I eat like oatmeal, different bread options like waffles and different potato options. Thanks

Expedia did not honor the free breakfast when I booked upset with Expedia

Nice place and they took me took Globe life Field.

Room was very clean. Front desk staff were awesome and very helpful. Gym was also very clean and had more equipment than most hotels.

Very clean with comfortable beds. Check in was quick and easy.

Crown plaza was nice and clean the staff was wonderful so the room I had didn’t have a microwave and we called downstairs to the front desk to see if they have one around but the front desk pert said no but if they have one available they will bring it up and they did we was so surprised and happy because where we from they don’t do that! So Thank you staff for doing that!

The location is key, right off the Hwy. Very nice hotel, the lobby and hotel room.

Easy to get to restaurants and entertainment around the area

Front staff was very friendly, clean room and comfortable beds. Only complaints are the hairdryers were dirty and sticky I had to use a wash cloth to hold while using it and in the day before we left housekeeping only made up one bed and did not clean the bathroom or restock us with towels.

Good hotel for Dallas/Fort Worth/Arlington

It was actually a great experience. Very clean rooms. The view is awesome. Will come back again

The receptionist, Angie was the winner for us. The facility was right off the freeway which was good for us since we traveled from another state
