Good front desk staff

They were yelling at some teenagers when I arrived. Apparently they were staying there but didn’t have a key but the staff didn’t believe them until they called the parent to bring the key. I have a feeling it was just cause they were black kids.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

Location was good. Staff was great. Hotel overall was good.

Stay was good. The GM night time was very curtious and polite. Help with any questions.

Its a nice inexpensive hotel in Fairbanks, its close to the exit going south, its next door to fred meyers, The one bedroom for my hunny and me and our puppy, the bed is semi hard than the usual one you sleep on every night and the pillows are semi soft than the one you usually sleep on Some odd reason the air is very dry

Room was great. But when the guests came down at 0700 to get their grab and go breakfast, they were told that the hotel was out of breakfasts. Part of what we paid for was a breakfast. That is one of the main reasons we put the employees there at that hotel. So they could grab breakfast and get to their jobsite. An hour after "breakfast" was supposed to be available we are told they are all out. This is VERY POOR planning on the hotels part.

The room was ok. In the bathroom we had about 1/3 roll of toilet paper and no other roll. Used some Kleenex when we ran out. The bath towels are small compared to other hotels in Fairbanks. The breakfast was crappy. Baby muffins and nutrition bars and instant oatmeal. No milk, juice or fruit. Only one small tube of shampoo for 2 peope? The kitchen had no plates or silverware. Glad we went out to eat before we came. Did not ask for more shampoo or toilet paper becase wanted to relax. Will never go there again. Should have only charged 1/2 of what i paid, feel like i was ripped off.

The manager is always very welcoming. Love staying here.
