We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Excellent location for first time visitors

Nice hotel in the middle of everything. Evening staff were friendly. Hallway lights are sensored. Saw a few bugs in the hotel. AC was nice and cold in the summer. Would definitely return.

Great hotel in heart of Lisbon! Very convenient to everything. Even though it Belas very lively when you step out, the room was very quiet. Great stay!

Staff was friendly

Fantastic hotel and location. Right on a great square with street performers and cafes. Male staff were incredibly helpful. For some reason, the female staff were really rude, especially to my wife and daughter. I don’t know if this was because we didn’t speak Portuguese, but they seemed irritated at us and did not seem to want to answer questions.

Some issues with: Shower (unable to make rainshower work) Bathroom door cannot be lock therefor open on it's own. Showergel not intersting and the pump not working properly. Best thing is the hotel location.

La ubicación es buena. La habitación que nos asignaron era MUY PEQUEÑA. No tiene como moverte, abrir equipaje. Tienes que estudiar los movimientos. El baño no es muy bueno, está todo con humedades entre azulejos y techo. Pedí que mi ducha estaba atascada, “nunca lo resolvieron, muy antihigiénico. El techo sobre la cama estaba cubierto con una mancha de humedad, no debe pasar algo así. Se ve que nadie controla calidad. Pedí cambiar la habitación y me dijeron que lo hacen solo en las mañanas. Tuvimos que quedarnos allí. El resto del Hotel tiene olor a problema de cañería de desagüe pienso que se debe a la edad de la edificación, desagradable de estar en las áreas comunes. No me volvería a quedar allí, ni a recomendarlo a mis amistades

Its great experience definitely worth to revisit

House cleaning were excellent and on time every day of 5 nights. The staff at front desk were not the friendliest, not even welcoming us or saying hello. We askew for an upgrade never got a response. Breakfast was average for a buffet. The staff at front desk should try harder. House cleaning were excellent again!!

It was central

Good location. Room was a good size. Clean with comfortable bed and bedding. The staff were helpful when we first had an issue accessing the in room safe and also with the air conditioning. They were quick to respond and resolve both problems. The breakfast was typical of other hotels with a pretty good variety of options. If you want to be near the river and old city center, this is a good choice.

The room had limited amenities, and the beds were inconsistent—one was comfortable, while the other was extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom was small, with outdated fixtures, limited storage space, and a shower that had drainage issues. The room also had very little natural light. In addition, the air conditioning unit was old and struggled to keep the room cool during the heat. The breakfast was acceptable but offered limited variety. The same selection was served every day without any changes. The staff were polite and generally helpful, but overall the hotel experience did not meet my expectations.

Great location and great value. Room needs some renovation but overall good place to stay as it’s centrally located.

The hotel smelled like wet laundry that had been sitting when I first walked into the lobby. Description said laundry facility which it didn't have.

Location and clean room.

Funky and cute right in the heart of old town. Easy short walk to metro, cafes, restaurants. Full service breakfast, staff was friendly, room was clean.

Close to everything. Sweet was big and spacious.

The location is very central and great for what we needed. Overall the hotel is very dated and the hallway was dark, smelled and looked like it needed a paint job. The size of the triple room was nice, but the state of the bathroom was poor - cracked tiles, rusty metal. Breakfast was until 11 am and when we went down at 10:45, they were out of most things leaving us very limited options.
