Elegant, great service, super clean!

Excellent customer service since we arrived. We were able to walk to museums and great restaurants. Hotel also arranged transportation to the pyramids.

Very nice and accomodating staff!

Poor staff with bad attitude, sometimes the plate is not clean, sometimes forgot some material in the room. Breakfast is good

Its nicely located on a side of the chapiltepec park. Really comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is a littel bit crampy, but nothing that will bother a stay.

Very convenient location, close to park, anthropology museum and Chapultepec Castle, walkable to Polanco where abundant food options are available. Breakfast offering is limited though.

The Hotel is located across the street from the Chetu Moc Park. Very beautiful, amazing green space. My wife and I took a lovely stroll through the park. On Sundays the city closes major streets for cycling, walking and running. We also took a walk to meet some friends in the Cuotemoc neighborhood. We felt safe and it was about 30 minute walk. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to CDMX.

Very cordial staff. Beautiful view of Chapultepec castle and park. Looks recently renovated. Highly recommend

Location

Located in Polanco and very close to Chapultepec Park, it was easy to walk around. The room was clean and facing the park so had a great time staying here. The food at the restaurant was good although a bit expensive. I’d recommend to walk around a go to nearby restaurants. (The restaurants are also on a costly side because of the location)

Property was decently located in an area that appeared safe and walkable/accessible to other main interest areas. The museums are all within walking distance to this hotel and the area we loved the most, Polanco, was within a ten minute car ride. The room was clean and it was a nice sized compared to other hotels in the area. We had issues with the temperature in our room. The thermostat is locked at 18C and during the day (on a non hot day) the room felt hot. During the night it was even worse as I would wake up in a sweat because it would take AC breaks at around 12-2AM. Spoke to front desk who sent a technician who advised everything was working fine and our room in the eighth floor, back of building, was actually one of the coldest due the position of the sun. Mind you, this was a time when in the mornings the temperature was in the mid 50s(F) and also at night so during a hot summer day, id stay elsewhere. Also, we had two instances where the toilet would not flush for no apparent reason where a technician had to come and service it, one time almost at midnight. The bar is nice but small, nothing special about it. The bar tender Antonio is very hospitable. The gym is also decently sized, clean with a great view. If i were to visit Mexico City again, id stay elsewhere due to the AC issues.
