I requested a double king room, got a 1 king bed and full bed... One mattress all messed up and full mattress too hard. At first lady up front wanted to give me a single king room. Whe I paid for a double king, gave an attitude, I said nothing finished the process and only came back to sleep late at night and found the worst beds I have ever used. Will not be coming back to this hotel.. I thought it would be better due to the renovation, but the beds are worst then ever

We paid 106 a night and the rooms were dirty hair everywhere. The sheets were dirty and service was nat very impressive. The hostess was trying to open the door with his body like he was breaking an entry. Not a very great experience.

Las sábanas olían a sudor la alberca tenían una capa como grasa y me dio mucho asco la primera noche nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación por que tenía un olor muy fuerte que salía del aire acondicionado 😡😡😡

Best hotel in town

Some lights in the room were not working . Phone cable was missing unable to call front desk . safe box was not working. no ironing in the room. Bed and pillows wherever uncomfortable.

Beautiful lobby. Delicious breakfast included. Rooms are small. Bathrooms are very small.

La habitaciones olía muy feo y las sábanas. Tuvimos que pedir por dos ocasiones que nos cambiaron de habitación no sé si en todos los hoteles aquí en la frontera, pero no sirve el teléfono que ellos ponen ahí para llamarlos para una emergencia no me gustó para nada😡

Tienen un excelente desayuno, la cama súper cómoda y está muy bien ubicado!! Lo recomiendo mucho!

I didn’t even want to rate it with one star the website is false. I reserved this hotel because it said 24 hour room service and indoor pool but once we arrived they said they don’t have room service and the pool is not able to be used. Then we left the room so housekeeping could clean and they left everything the way it was all they did was make the beds they didn’t even change the sheets and nor did they try to at least fluff the sheets to get the dirt off! We pulled back the sheets to find a piece of paper and my hair still on the pillows! Mind you it’s my hair but come on if we paid for housekeeping they could have changed the sheets and also place trash bags in the trash cans they didn’t do any of that. Then they said they couldn’t have anyone come and clean because it was after 4:00 pm so they placed us in another room well the new room was terrible the ac didn’t work it was really hot and the toilet would not flush! The worst! Never again not to mention when I went downstairs to tell them all the employees were huddled in the front as if to be gossiping about my complaints because when I popped up they were in complete surprise and scattered back to work! Terrible terrible!
