Hotel must have had a recent refurbishment which may explain why we had to change our first room due to the room key shorting all the room electrics. Our second room had loose masonry in the window sliding rails so they could not be closed (required maintenance and workers to rectify), the front door would not lock, Aircon would not work properly, bathroom sink dirty, the windows were black with dirt. We got everything almost completely rectified but gave up trying to organise anything else. Not our job to point out all the maintenance issues. Well below 4 star and nothing to acknowledge the issued we encounter.ed On the plus side, the breakfast was great, bed comfortable and free parking. One to avoid for me in the future though.

They location is great and have a good breakfast. The hotel is old and have a lot of wear and tear. Our AC didn’t cool down the room very well a couple things broke while we were there, but they were quick to fix them. The curtain was awful and let a lot of sunlight in the room.

I had a wonderful days staying in this hotel. It was very nice, clean, the great staff, close to everything. What impressed me most was the wonderful smell in the hotel reception. I recommend it when you go to stay in Fortaleza.

The view was incredible However the terrible noise of music and slamming of doors was insane The air conditioner was not working properly The breakfast area was caotic Probably not staying again

Very conveniently located. The standard rooms are quite small and it’s very dated. No hot water i the shower.

Very nice beach front hotel in Iracema beach, located near restaurants, bars, stores and other local attractions. Friendly staff, great views of the beach and a delicious breakfast buffet.

this place was well located on the main strip staff were friendly & most could communicate a little in English there was no bar & the restaurant had a small open window, the staff there wernt able to think out of the box with a customer first mindset so i wasent able to buy a simple drink outside there open hours so that could do with some work other than that it was really great.

BOOKED AND PAID FOR OCEAN VIEW ROOM. ARRIVED AT HOTEL AND GAVE ME A VIEW OF BUILDINGS WITH OCEAN VIEW YOU HAD TO LEAN OVER FROM WINDOW TO GET A VIEW. ASKED THE RECEPTION AND I WAS TOLD BY A GRUMPY MAN THAT IT IS ONLY FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES AND NOT A GURANTEE. SO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE HOTEL IN TERMS OF BOOKING WITH WHAT YOU EXPECT AND YOU MIGHT BE GIVEN SOMETHING ELSE. STAFF AT RECEPTION CAN BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH. ASKED FOR TOUR AND WAS TOLD THEY DO NOT PROVIDE A TOUR SERVICE, SO I BOOKED A TAXI PAYING RIAS 300 TO THE A NICE BEACH 130 KMS AWAY AND LATER TO FIND IN THE EVENING THAT THE HOTEL DO PROVIDE SUCH A SERVICE, BUT STAFF DUE TO SOME REASON KEEP ON CHANING CAN NOT BE BOTHERED TO HAVE SUFFICIENT KNOWLEDGE. BREAKFAST WAS AWFUL, DID NOT LIKE AT ALL. SHOWER DID NOT HAVE HOT WATER, WAS WARM OR COLD AT TIMES. THE ONLY THING I CAN SAY ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS GOOD WAS THE ROOM SIZE, CLEAN AND VERY COMOFRTALBE BED WITH NEW FURNITURE. THE HOTEL IS IN A VERY SAFE NEIGHBOURHOOD WITH ALL KINDS OF BARS AND RESTAURANT AND SUBWAY AND MCDONALD CLOSE. THE AREA IS VERY VERY GOOD AND ENJOYABLE. THE HOTEL BUILDING FROM OUTSIDE LOOKS VERY NICE AND FIRST CLASS BUT SOMEONE MUST STAY TO GET A EXPERIENCE OF HOW THE SERVICE IS.
