First room wasn’t conducive but staff were very helpful and happy to change room. New room was nice and spacious and airy. I would recommend and stay again.

the sea view is very but very partial, you shouldn't sell the rooms with this description, the rest was excellent, breakfast, personel, cleaning, great!

The service at reception was excellent

Nice hotel close to the beach and L2 tramway, which provides easy access to the airport or to the old Nice. Only disappointment was the rooftop restaurant and bar were closed for construction.

Front desk check-in was wonderful. Our room had a gorgeous view. Everything seemed new and clean. It was lovely

Warning, reception on check-out charge a tax for every person in the room. I had to challenge that my children should not have a fee imposed, as they were under 18. The lady on the desk informed me they always charge for every person unless challenged on check out. I challenged that she should know this and I should not have to request a refund after checking this policy via my email confirmation. She absolutely knew what she was doing and am shocked management ask their staff to charge. The pool area unmanned, extremely dirty, no mattress on wooden beds, no towels some days and no bar or food service, although it clearly states open until end of Oct. Room adequate and cleaning good. Just poor pillows, very uncomfortable after multiple nights. We turned air con off every night, as there was a white powder being emitted from the vents. Lots of works being undertaken in hotel and some days the noise was unbearable, to the point I complained to reception, to be told, they didn't know about works and that we had to put up with it until complete, as there was nothing they could do. Lastly, breakfast. The hot food was absolutely appalling. Cold, sat on hot plates for many hours. The scrambled eggs had thick solid pieces in it, which meant we placed to the side of out plates. I would advise look for another hotel, as the reception area is very deceptive and can make you feel it will be a lovely stay.

We loved this hotel as the location was superb and the staff was absolutely wonderful and very helpful.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room clean. Beds and bedding comfortable. Bathroom clean and looked new. Excellent walk—in shower Lovely rooftop bar and pool with a few loungers- although close to dining tables. Dining chairs all high stool-like which wouldn’t suit older people. Foyer pleasant although sofas stained which did not look good. Breakfast buffet varied. Although one morning had run out of bacon an hour before closing time! Close to seafront and transport.

This property was convent to the airport but a little bit of a walk to the nicer beach clubs and shopping district. However, it was quiet and our room had a beautiful view of the water

Problem with hot cold water and lights

This is one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooftop pool was amazing and staff was incredibly kind and attentive throughout my stay.

This hotel was very nice. We stayed there for four nights. The room was very comfortable. The service was amazing. The location was great. The breakfast buffet was great overall it was a great choice with family and very comfortable stay

Great location for a gentle daily stroll into the centre

Hotel were aesthetically decent but the rooms itself were very hot. We stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days. Upon checking in the hotel lobby was pretty warm so we thought maybe the rooms itself would be cooler. The room itself wasn’t any better and it was very uncomfortable to sleep in that we had to call for a fan. The second day of our stay we thought maybe it’ll be better so we ventured out for the day came back in the evening and it was just as hot. Called the front desk for another fan and they said they’ll bring one up. After waiting for 15 min no fan was brought to the room and I called the front desk another 8 times but no one answered our call. We just ended up dealing with it and tried to make the best out of our vacation. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they get their AC issue fixed.
