One day stay. Good location. Somewhat quiet considering it's next to a major road.

I stayed Sunday 09/24 through 9/24 and was very satisfied. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had multiple choices and the staff professional. Thank you

everything was great.... super quiet and peaceful only thing I didn't like was the gap under the door u think for privacy reasoning it should be shut off no light.

They was very rude and disrespectful. I was discriminated against due to my race. I will never stay with them again.

Not a bad place but some furniture, doors, lamps, etc., were a little bad condition. Such as bathroom door that rubbed the door jam, the finish on some wood furniture was chipped, or had paint on them.

My grandmother hated her stay at this hotel....

Clean and quiet place to stay for work.

Beds were comfortable, and the room was reasonably clean. Breakfast was adequate. The cable kind of sucked; just hard to navigate and no way to access any streaming services. That wasn't a dealbreaker, though. But there are a couple of reasons why we won't stay here again. For one thing, the A/C unit leaks every time it rains. I'm not talking about a small puddle around the unit. I stepped out of bed into a cold puddle. So that was fun. Pretty sure it got into the seams of the flooring, too— which could end up being a mold problem if it isn't already. Every time this happened, the front desk staff just handed us a stack of towels, shrugged, and basically said, "Yeah, it be like that." 🙄 It's also time to replace the desk chairs. We kept finding black bits of something in our beds, and finally figured out it was from the vinyl peeling off the chair. Our feet had picked it up off the floor. Other rooms had chairs just like ours. Then during the first night of our two-night stay, the hotel's fire alarm went off because someone was smoking pot. You could smell it on every floor. While that's not the hotel's fault per se, the fact that our room also reeked of stale cigarette smoke makes me think that they need to do something about the smoking. There were cigarette burns on the side of our bathtub.

No vending machines, there were roaches in my room, the floor tile was peeling in several places, I was right off the lobby so it was very noisey as well.

I booked and paid for my reservation 2 rooms for 1 night to accommodate my family. Only to get there and find out that because im a local resident my deposit was 3x the amount for those coming in from out of town. I had no idea this was a thing and that hotels could actually do that. There's no info about this charge anywhere on their app or the app i booked with. I get to the hotel and they hit me with this additonal $300 deposit fee. I didnt have the money as this year had been a tough time for my family and I. Because its been a rough year i came across a little extra money and took them to the movies and wanted to give them some extra relaxtion that's different from being home because i live in a rough neighborhood. Anyways the clerk who was a nice lady told me that yes i would have to pay the deposit. I said i had no clue of this additional charge and if i can't stay without the deposit fee can i get a refund. This lady looked me in my face and said no, my manager doesn't give refunds. And i just left defeated..So that was me losing $300 all because i couldn't pay a fee that i didn't know about until i went to check in.. The most disappointing part of it all my family's faces as i walked to the car.
