This hotel is located on a not-very-large block in Daly City, and I didn’t have high expectations. So I was pleasantly surprised to find a well-appointed and large room with a comfortable king size bed, and plenty of room for our two large suitcases and more. When our stay got extended by a day I was happy to rebook the same room. The hotel is clean, the staff is very helpful and the breakfast is good, standard fare. Parking can get tight but wasn’t a problem for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was amazing!

1. Employees were always friendly and helpful (Eva and Denise were helpful) 2. Breakfast was good 3. Beds were comfy and Inn overall was clean 4. Need to find another way to pay the cleaning staff besides cash. 5. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. TYVM Keep up the good work!!!!

Will stay ahain

We are repeat guests. Why? Excellent accommodations and friendly, caring, competent staff. There is free, on-site parking for the times we drive and a convenient uber ride when we fly. This is our “go to” hotel when visiting our family in San Francisco.

Throughout my stay, the staff members were very helpful and kind. The rooms are — at least to my standards— spacious and quite comfortable, as well as the bed.

Room was clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly. We were hoping to sleep in our first night, however both our rooms had the alarm clock go off at 6:30am and 7:00am respectively! Room attendants should have turned off the alarms. Another issue was we didn’t receive clean towels on our second night as promised. Last issue was their parking lot is too small and cannot accommodate all the guests. On two nights, we had to find parking on the street.

Good value, well maintained and comfortable

Thank you for an early check in, friendly staff, bottled waters and a clean space. This is our go to hotel while visiting our son at SFSU.
