Clean room

The picture window on the bottom front of the floor had a huge gap whenever you stand and that made it very dangerous to stand told the people from the lobby they did not change our room. Also, on the first night in the middle of the night they were trying to get in our room.

Nice size room and comfortable bed.

Everything about this hotel stay was amazing! It has great amenities and is very family friendly. It is also walking distance to a nice mall for an added shopping experience! The staff has been amazing from day one and has been great help for guiding us on where to find some hidden gems in Mexican cuisine! I 100% recommend, especially for a family looking for a safe and kid friendly environment!

The room we got was a lower level facing the mayor freeway Periferico. Noice didn’t stop. The view was good. The swimming pool is small but my daughter had a lot of fun. The food was good and the staff were amazing. Polite and helpful

The location was excelent. I had zero issues with uber pickups and dropoffs. Solo starbuck type drinks downstairs. Very conveniente.

Solo por se conveniente me he hospedado en este hotel Pero las habitaciones son sucias descuidadas. Pésima regadera agua por todos lados LOS DUEÑOS LO SABEN

La peor atencion recibida, no aceptan apple hay, el agua caliente no funciona, no aceptan brindar desayuno con pago de apple pan, pésimo servicio de toallas, aire acondicionado, no hay refrigeración, hotel gastado, malísimo
