Perfect stop on our trek across Norway. Well maintained and comfortable hotel with all the amenities, a nice restaurant and excellent breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was amazing. I hope the hotel will include a sauna and a swimming pool soon. That would be perfect.

Pleasant staff, and the room was perfectly fine. The shower/bathtub in the room was very slippery, so it felt a bit unsafe to stand and shower. I could hear some noise from the neighboring rooms, but overall it was fairly quiet. Good parking options and fast charging available just a one-minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was also good 😊

Hôtel bien situé. Style et décor un peu vieillot mais cela lui donne son charme. Seul bémol: le souper au restaurant. Trop cher pour un buffet, mais nous sommes en Norvège...

Quiet and convenient place, easy parking, walkable and beautiful views, good breakfast, it’s enjoyable stay!

Spectacular viewpoint of the fjords from our room and dining area. Only setback is when cruise docked along the quay which apparently blocks out the beautiful view and coming too close to both cruise and hotel guest where eyes can meet. Easy charging point payable to hotel were available during stay makes parking accessible.

The receptionists were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location and views are amazing. The food at both the evening meal and breakfast was excellent.

Nice hotel but the room lacks some essentials.

Great location!

The rooms at the Vorginfoss Hotel need to be updated. The furniture was old, the carpet was worn thin and the clear plastic shower door would not stay in place so the bathroom got soaked. I had a hard time finding a place to plug in my phone. There is no outlet by the bed. Also the phone would only charge when the lights were on so I could not charge my phone overnight. The lobby was nice and the food at the restaurant was good.

The best hotel in the area. Has everything expected from a high quality hotel.

Sauberes Hotel. Gutes Frühstück. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Leider war bei uns ein Fenster nicht dicht. Es konnte keine Abhilfe gefunden werden. Es wurde auch keine Alternative oder Rabatt angeboten. Es war daher eine laute windige Nacht. Das geht bei diesen Übernachtungspreisen nicht. Den Aufpreis für die Fjordblick Zimmer kann man sich sparen. An zwei Tagen lagen zwei riesige Dampfer am Pier….So fühlen sich also Tiere im Zoo. Die komplette Bucht stank zusätzlich nach Diesel.

Nice location and nice view

Excellent property and staff. My only concern is the tub/shower slip/fall probality. Need nonslip surface to stand on in the shower. Otherwise, it is the best hotel we’ve been in our time in Denmark, Sweden & Norway.

Nice hotel with nice location. Good food and friendly staff. Quite warm in hotel room as there was no AC
