Dud not like no parking on premises. Liked it was clean and quiet

The boutique hotel is in an excellent location, helpful staff, well appointed rooms.

The room isn’t very clean if you pay attention to the walls, baseboards, etc. The bathroom is also shockingly tiny - no counter space for any woman who does her skin care routine or makeup. I also find it odd if a hotel doesn’t offer complimentary water bottle for the guests convenience / comfort. However, the view is incredible and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Very small clean rooms with just a bathroom and bed. No closet. Very little room in the room. Fine for 1 night but not anything longer. Staff were great and the place was clean. Valet parking for 1 night is $100 pricey. I don't think this will be enough list of hotels to go back too....just to basic.

The staff was so nice and quick to help. The view from our room was incredible, part city view, part falls view. Definitely would stay again!

Clean modern rooms and bathrooms, nice view, friendly staff, good location.

Parking is off premises to a secure lot they shuttle you to it and back. It was $40CAD a day extra. Hyatt next door uses same lot and they charged $70CAD a day. Floor 25 is an amazing observation deck to see falls, at night they light up and do 5 min fireworks. It’s free. We stayed on first floor cheapest, no view. Quiet and we didn’t need a view with the access to the observation deck. Saves a ton of $. Nespresso in room, also a fridge. Definitely recommend hotel!!! Avoid IHOP it’s about $35 CAD per person and the tax and Niagra Tourism tax are ridiculous. The Sky Fallsview Steakhouse was about $65 CAD per entree and the hotel gives you a $50CAD off coupon which was worth enjoying a nice dinner with amazing view. Remember they charge the tourism and sales tax which was about an extra $20 CAD total on 2 entrees, no drinks, appetizers or dessert.

The staff helped me when I wanted to book an extra night in one of the rooms with the awesome view and I was lucky enough to get one. It was the best room I've ever stayed in. An unreal view, thank you to the staff for such great assistance. What a magnificent stay. I'll be back for sure. 🙏

Unique is the right word. 12 rooms each on 3 floors high up over the Niagara Falls. What we found most interesting is that the 26th floor is an IHOP for breakfast and lunch, and it turns into a steakhouse for dinner. The steakhouse server told us about the lighting of the falls (visible around 9 pm) and fireworks at 10 pm, and let us stay to watch! An unforgettable view directly in front of the falls, and an excellent hotel with great food. Highly recommend!

Beautiful spot. Very uncomfortable beds

Room was clean and the view was amazing (full fall view room)! Everyone was super helpful when needed. No microwave in room and no vending machine (that we could see) for water or snacks, but really enjoyed our stay!

I booked for 3 people but we were given 1 king bed which is quite small for us. I like the proximity of hotel to the falls and other attractions. The observatory is a great spot to view the entire falls.

The room doesn't face the fall. Breakfast for two persons more than one $100. Very expensive. Coffee machine in the room doesn't work, called home service, no body show up During checkout , the recipienest wanted to take $35 for barking, but I convinced him not to do it as nobody mention that when I arrived

Very clean and comfortable room. Good location close to lots of restaurants and short walk to shows at Fallsview Casino. Nice observation deck on the 25th floor offers a great view of the falls. Only small drawback is the lack of parking on site. You can self drive to the nearby lot about 1 kilometre away and take a shuttle back for 35 dollars or a valet will look after the parking but charge $100.
