This was our 1st time at this hotelin Canada. The rooms are way up in this tower so they are small but we wanted one with the full view of the falls it didn't disappoint, they have 3 of these rooms. You go up a elevator to get to your rooms and the hallways are narrow and you are actually going Around inside the tower to get to your rooms but we had a spectacular view! It did not disappoint. If you are wanting your vehicle close by its not but it is in a closed lot and they have a shuttle that takes you back and forth. Once we got there and unpacked our car, then we drove our car to the lot with paper instructions and a tag for our vehicle they were there before we got backed in all the way to pick us us up. This hotel is about 5 min from the Rainbow bridge. They have a Ihop restaurant in the hotel for breakfast/lunch and the hotel gave us coupons for them and other restaurants near by. The Ihop restaurant faces the Falls too! Such a wonderful idea and staff were very nice. Also food was excellent 👌. We stayed 2 nights. I recommend staying here if you get a chance there are other hotels on each side of this one but I don't know if they have the same great view or not.

The view was great! The room was nice but, a little small. Other than that it was nice.

Everything is perfect, except the air condition is very loud.

We stayed here for 1 night over the long weekend. The parking fee is a $100 for valet or $35 for self park but then they will shuttle you to the hotel. This is a very odd request. The elevator is unsafe to use as well leading onto the top floor. My booking was supposed to pay at property,I asked to split it between other cards and the receptionist simply said no.

I did not find the staff overly friendly especially over the weekend. The view from the room was 10/10 but other than that everthing else felt like a 3 star hotel experience.

This is for the inconvenience we faced during our check in. Also in the booking itself PARKING was included, at the counter while check out they asked us to pay for the parking.

Generally my stay was wonderful But is wasn’t clean enough specially when I called reception for a couple of wine wine glasses they sent me something like tea glasses and they were not clean enough

Our views were stunning. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our trip was amazing. The beds were comfortable and the shower was heavenly. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

The penthouse had been renovated and had a great view of Niagara Falls. The room was pretty small and the bathroom was tiny. The room was air conditioned and clean. Parking was off site so they had a shuttle to take you to your car. I found the food and coffee at Ihop in the hotel was not very good compared to Ihop restaurants outside.

Definatly would do it again .. only down fall is when we called the hotel and asked if they had parking, they told me yes for hotel guests.. when we showed up it was a 40 doller charge for parking and the parking lot was 5 blocks away ,, may I say a very secure lot with shuttle service also .. or a 100 doller valleigh parking fee ... that was the only down fall .. beautifull hotel highly recommend

Best thing about this place was the view. The lobby and restaurants are really dated. Breakfast omelet was CA$40! very over priced. Awkward separate elevator to get to flr30. Gym is in a different hotel. GoogleMaps address is incorrect. We were lead to a different place. Tower Hotel even knows about the problem but don't mention it when booking. I would not visit this place again.

Amazing views!!! Great service especially Karen at the restaurant....she makes delicious cocktails. Will book there again.
