Very bad hotel. Bad service and bad staff.

It is not appropriate for a room like this to be sold because: this room is more suitable for use as a warehouse. Inhuman.

Very nice location, we bring heavy luggages and this offers the best location, very near to the Paddington station. It doesn't have the best service, but they were very accommodating to our request. Beware, the quadruple room is just a bigger room with 2 extra beds.

Okay hotel, not fancy but really close to the station. Quite clean although they missed to give us towel. Elevator is super slow, but helpful for us who bring large and heavy luggages. Not very friendly staff. Oh, we booked a 4 bed room but we didn't know that the other 2 were extra beds. Quite comfy though.

The good thing : the location is very strategic. Near Paddington Station and many options for restaurant. The bad thing : No AC, very tight spaces for a big guy.

Breakfast is often not ready yet when it is 8 o'clock

The hotel has no air conditioned room, it will be hot inside when we come around summer. The fan in the room doesn't work well and the staff can not smile to the customers.
