Customer service was very good. Cleanliness was not ideal.

It’s as advertised…no frills, but they don’t portray themselves as high end so it did meet my expectations. The downside was that I booked a two queen room on Expedia (paid the up charge), but the hotel received confirmation for only one queen bed. Check in took close to 20 minutes. Too slow.

Very old and run down. Clogged sink in bathroom. Tile is shower is loose. Everything needs to be updated

We had at first not considered Middletown as the area we wanted to stay, but weren't able to find accommodation elsewhere. How wrong we were! This area and in particular, this hotel was perfect for what we needed after a full day in Newport. The second floor room had a balcony which was an added plus, the room itself was well designed with a sofa and desk, microwave and frig. The bathroom was a bit old and small, but no real complaints can be made. The free breakfast in the morning was great. One with many choices and complete - pancakes, Eng muffins, bagels, pastry, sausage, etc. No complaints.

The staff was nice, the room was very clean but the carpet in the hall smelled like cat urine.

Staff was polite and friendly. Place was clean and accommodating. Within close proximity to the downtown area without breaking the bank. I would come back here in the future.

Stayed 1 night for a wedding. They charged me over 300 for a noisy and run down place. People coming out of their rooms screaming at the noisemakers and threatening them. Was not comfortable at all. The carpets smell like a funeral home. So disappointed.

Location is convenient to newport, parts of the room and property have been very well kept up and many updates have obviously made, but there many areas that still need updating. The check in process was pleasant and easy

Staff not friendly or helpful. Staff thought it was a great idea to do work at 6am two days in a row. They must’ve walked a marathon from 6am-10am. Called front desk multiple times and they just kept telling me that there was nobody up there. Go up myself to find three workers up there who told me to go away and that they don’t care what I had to say. Stay away from this place. Spend the extra money to go anywhere else

I would not recommend staying here. You’ll find others peoples hair, bugs and other gross items in your bed

The place is clean, but tired. We had to go up exterior stairs to get to our room, which was a pain, especially with luggage. When people would come up to our floor, the door would slam and wake us up. Also, the first keys we were given did not work.

This is an older motel that has been give a light facelift. It’s not fancy but it was clean. The staff were very friendly. The location was convenient. For the price it was a great deal!

Small, quaint, renovated. Rooms big and clean.

Near to the beach. Noisy at night with doors banging. Couldn’t sleep at all.
