Very out dated. My room smelled heavy of urine. I bought an air freshener. Wall paper peeling. Water cut off in middle of shower.

Shower was broken. No way to keep the entire bathroom floor from getting wet. Handicapped shower had no seat which is normally installed. My wife who is handicapped opted to not take a shower as the situation was highly dangerous.

Great Customer Service

The staff were all excellent! The check in process was so easy and the person who handled that was so nice and helpful! Very friendly!! Every staff that I encountered were super friendly!

The room I had didn’t have a good air conditioning unit it so it was a little warm in my room. The lack of air also made the room have a damp smell which was not pleasant.

The hotel seemed to be up to par but the one thing I did not like was the sheets. They had an odd smell even after changing the fitted sheet.

Overall it was a decent stay. It was quiet although there were children there for a tournament. The room air quality was very stuffy and doesn’t do well with someone with allergies or asthma.

I traveled to NC for a family reunion and stayed in this hotel and truly enjoyed myself.

Great pool

We were awakened one night during our stay by the loudest noise possible at 3:24 in the am. It was incessant and was so loud that the hardware in the bathrooms were shaking. We called down to the front desk who did come in our room and look around only to tell us that they could definitely see why we were concerned but simply left and never returned. A short while later, the sound stopped but we lost a good half an hour sleep that night and still have no explanation as to what the jackhammering sound was.

The breakfast were just "ok".and the hotel gets alot of road noise due to location.Also the shower in our room was hard to use,the water was difficult to regulate the temp.

Rooms were very worn down, old tv , running toliet, bed broken in middle so veey hard fo sleep, no garbage bags or pick up... pool was awful

Your young staff at the desk has not good business Etiquette. One of our friends was given a key card to a room that was Is occupied someone could of gotten hurt with that mistake. I will not be going back to that hotel
