My family and I stayed at Hotel Libaney for a week, and overall we had a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the beds were extremely comfortable, which made our stay very enjoyable. HOWEVER, I did encounter an issue with the billing. When I made the reservation, it clearly stated that breakfast was included. Unfortunately, at the end of our stay, I was charged $370 for breakfast for the week. Had I known about this additional cost in advance, I would have chosen to eat elsewhere. If you are planning to stay here, I strongly recommend confirming—and reconfirming—that breakfast is truly included in your reservation to avoid unexpected charges.

Very nice hotel located within walking distance of all major sites in Madrid. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful.

Great hotel right next to Puerta del Sol and the major shopping district in downtown Madrid. Rooms are nice and newly renovated. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms don't have hot water/coffee makers. On our departure day, when the Gran Via and lot of other streets very closed due to a Marathon race, the concierge (who had reserved a taxi for us for the airport) sent the bellboy with us to walk our rolling luggage 1 km away to get to an open street to catch the taxi 👍The restaurant on site has great food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

This was an amazing hotel! The staff goes above & beyond to accommodate you. I asked for a fan as I am used to sleeping with one at home. They brought me one. It worked great. The next morning they called to let me know they have a ‘newer’ fan available. They brought me champagne & candy for my birthday. Highly recommend. The only thing I wished they had were better pillows but otherwise loved & would stay again!

Second time staying here. Perfect location. Great breakfast buffet and super helpful staff. Quiet location that’s still close to the main attractions. Metro access is a plus! Pretty big rooms for Europe which I love.

Very disappointed at this 4 star hotel. No iron in the room, no coffee maker. Only soap and shampoo. There is a fee of 15 euros per day to rent the coffee maker, and 5 euros for the tea kettle Called the reception to ask for an iron and they say they do not have iron for the rooms and I will have to pay for the service if I need it. I was finishing my 3 week holiday travel, and stayed at 8 different hotels in 5 different countries and this is the only one I will never go back to. At check out, the hotel was charging breakfast for 2 days and I only requested breakfast for one day. They corrected the mistake, but the receptionist was giving me a hard time saying that the deal is to reserve breakfast for the whole stay, which I was never informed, and as I told him I was leaving very early in the morning and the hotel offers breakfast service beginning at 7:00 AM, so I did not needed to pay for 2 breakfasts. Not happy

This hotel was amazing! It was in a really great location. The room was clean, and the staff was kind and helpful. The lobby is beautiful with lots of places to just relax and hang out. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Well maintained modern central Madrid hotel with staff that couldn't have been more helpful during my stay. The room was smart, clean & well-finished but looked out onto a ventilation shaft so the only way of seeing the sky was to hang out the window & look up! It also limited the amount of natural light reaching the room. There was a well-stocked fridge but no access to a kettle unless you hired it for your stay. Breakfast was plentiful. The evening menu was quite limited but there are so many restaurants within easy walking distance that it wasn't an issue. Stayed in a single room during my stay.

Hotel muy bien Ubicado buen Desayuno, Completo y Personal muy Amable y Servicial El Desayuno debería comenzar más Temprano por lo que viajamos en Vuelos que son Muy Temprano o al menos Montar un Desayuno Continental con Café y Pan

The service at the reservation desk and using concierge was excellent. They both were very helpful. Location is very central. If you book any tours to see the city it's a good base to start from . Enjoy your stay!! 😀
