Great place, good breakfast

It's fine. The best thing I can say is the staff was friendly. But our room wasn't as nice as the pictures.The cleaning was very subpar, even after asking for a better clean multiple times. We also only got tissues and shower gel refilled after specifically asking for it. Made us not book the spa which we initially planned on doing since we couldn't trust the cleanliness.

Loved the live entertainment with weekend breakfasts and the food was amazing, good memories of the tasty food! Basic room with some road noise and no way of blocking out daylight. Good value value for money overall

We were very impressed with the kind of service all staff extended to all customers. The GM/Owner walked around each table to greet everyone. It's the personal touch that made the difference. It is not the center of town but everything is accessible via tram,train,taxi or Bolt(Uber). I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was the BEST!!!

We appreciated that some of the workers speak quite good English. The cleaning girl is kind and thorough. We appreciated that when we needed to extend out stay due to a family medical emergency, they worked to keep us in the same room. The desk people gave us helpful advice about nearby shopping. The breakfast is bountiful, delicious, classic Austrian.

Love how the hotel looks, it’s welcoming and safe! Not far from centre city and near 2 train stations.

We liked the hotel a lot. In a very nice area away from center city, but with easy access to tram and U. The room was great besides the bed a little hard and pillows flat. We would stay here again :)

The hotel was nice. The location and area not so great. Away from city center. It was a lot of construction going on. Nothing really to see next to the hotel. Be aware of taxi drivers. Use only Uber.

My stay was great. Exceeded my expectations. The hotel and room were clean. Bed was a little hard otherwise no major issues. Nice place but don’t think I will b returning there. My only issue is they don’t have a lock from inside and on two different days, a male staff unlocked my door with their key and came into my room. This was very early in the morning and I was awake and reading which took them by surprise he stood at the door like a deer in headlights. Mind you he didn’t knock or announce himself. I asked if I could help he said he was there to get trash. After he took my trash he asked if I needed anything and I told him water but I never heard from him again. Later that day I saw a different housekeeping but didn’t think much of it until the second time around same time in the morning again but this time around as soon as he opened the door and saw me at the study table, he quickly closed the door when I asked “can I help you ?”. 10 minutes later same thing but different male staff. I spoke with the receptionist and also the manager or owner they were clueless as regards to who or why these men came to my room unannounced. At this point I became scared for my safety and wondered what would’ve happened if I wasn’t awake. Luckily it was my last day there. As I could not get a clear reason for their being there. Clearly they were employees or how else would they have access / keys to my room? I wonder if they followed up on this as they were not too alarmed by it

Ok...the room was perfect for a family of 3. If you need space, this room is perfect for you. There is lots of room and the bathroom is large with a double sink set up. What was not good is the housekeeping. It was inconsistent.

Very nice staff, decent room. The elevator would only work sporadically, which wasn’t ideal. The safe in our room was broken so we had to use the security boxes in the lobby, so whenever we needed to get our stuff we had to have an attendant help us.

Fantastic unique independent hotel in a great location, enough going on nearby but also had great links into the centre. Superb value for money. The staff were always very friendly with the desk always manned which made it super practical to pop out whenever needed. The rooms were all lovely, but especially the upgraded Deluxe rooms, super modern, spacious and airy. Thankfully the bar of the hotel is open late and even offers snacks which is ideal after a few evening drinks. The breakfast was a bit disappointing and with many, much better places to eat nearby: I'd definitely say it isn't worth the money and you're better of heading out for food. My only real criticism was that the room cleaning service was a bit mixed. Our beds were always made nicely and they always timed it well so as not to disturb us when we were in. But, two of the three rooms we had booked had to get new toilet paper ourselves at least once, as this simple but very necessary item was not replaced. We also lost our bathmat one day but luckily that came back soon after.
